There was a time that Super Market used to be the best market of Islamabad. All shops would contain best quality items and all required things were available. But now Super Market has lost its touch. Most of the businesses have moved to probably Centaurus Mall. Anyway, there are some old shops which remind of old times. I also did some shopping and xame back home.

Nice place for shopping especially for handicrafts. Best time to be there is around 1230, when the shops have just opened... almost no customers, plenty of time to browse around and ample parking place

One of the oldest markets in Islamabad. Those who grew up in Islamabad are attached to it, nostalgia ofc. Has some good food options now along with some nice shops but none of nice shops are left now.

Nice place and burger fest has the best of the best burgers. I am glad some ordinary pakistani beef burger is above McDonalds taste. Wow.

Its a very fine shopping complex with ample green areas to sit back and relax. One can find all kind of shops here.

Variety of shops and shopping malls here. All sorts of commodities available here. A lot of good restaurants and food places located here. Best naan shop (verity naan) of the town located here. The only downside is higher then usual prices. Their is a football ground for kids with jogging track.

This is a very good place to walk, shop and parking. It is lush green with a large number of old trees and fuuly covered with trees.

A bit expensive but one should have prepared to hold on to it as its Islamabad and you will find some of the stuff likely to be more expensive than regular prices.

The sector F-6 was established after the transfer of Capital from Karachi to Islamabad. The purpose was to provide the accommodation to the Government servants.  It is also known as Shalimar-6 in the Capital. In the centre of it there is a commercial place known as Supermarket. It is surrounded by the residential areas where home and embassies are situated.In this place you could find many foreigners who seem interested in shopping. They like many products and stuff which is available here. Imported goods and products are available here with the locally produced things. All types of best quality products could be found here.

A great market. It has it all, from restaurants to electronics to clothing brands. I would advise going before 6am if you do not plan to spend a large chunk of your time stuck in traffic.

Still the carpet shops, handicraft shops and art n culture shops are the best in town. Amongst the eateries all leading National and international brands have outlets here.

Whenever i visit this city, this market is always on the top of my list, tea and coffe quality is best here and specially Naan from Naan Dhaba is yum, delicious and finger licking.
