Best place. Everything under one roof. Away from overcrowded place. Best time to visit is around 11:00AM to 4:00PM.

Wide variety of all types of items with reasonable prices. Now a days there is special discount on carpets. Staff is very cooperative and helpful

Overall good experience, shopping around everything under one roof is available. Especially, Meet, bakery, fish, pickle and fresh juice is quite hygienic and recommended for the people to buy from here. Other things that are required at home are also available here but in market at little low rate compared to this store. Vegetables are also available here but are little pricy if we compre with the vegetables available in the green market quite close to it. So fruit and greens should be purchased from Islamabad fruit and green market instead of here.

Not very good, there just one positive thing that is finding many things under one roof but there are many products that are substandard, although discount is like joke there. There is scarce of quality products. No points policy over buying heavily. Parking area was once good but that is also getting messy with stalls. The best thing in there is the courtesy and dutifulness of security guards.They should improve their products quality and brands especially Pakistani products like of Unilever, Colgate Palmolive and many more etcetera.They should also add value by providing home delivery services and good waiting area facilities for senior citizens and playing area for kids

Metro was an excellent Mall about 7 or 8 years back....presently its just a place to spend a couple of hours with a piece of pizza and cup of coffee.... they dont have anything to offer.... just plain grocery store

I personally prefer metro for my monthly grocery. You can find alomst everything here in economical range, especially carpets. But they definitely need to improve there quality of cookwares.

The shopping inside was great as always.The parking lot, however gets worse every time I visit.The first row of parking closest to the store was blocked. They were using that row for storage/merchandise display. Tacky, unprofessional and not very convenient for customers.I guess Metro has been in Pakistan long enough to pick up some bad habits.I am certain that one day I will arrive to find that the covered portion of the parking lot has been turned into a bazaar type area with kiosks and stalls.

During promotion we can get more less prices , Metro store have big parking to facilitate the customers during shopping without any charges.

Good place but on weekends mostly wanderers make it crowded. Bakery items are good but over priced.garments are not recommended. Electronics item are highly recommended. Spices section is a must visit. Tip: Go always with a list and bulk items purchase saves a lot here.

Metro is a great store. It has alot of items. And mostly you will find anything you would like from a super store. Downside is that it is not price compatitive. You will find better prices at savemart.

It was a good place for shopping but İ guess Metro is comparatively very expensive than İmtiaz Store. İ was a regular customer of Metro but I am shifted to Imtiaz. There are certain things which are absent in Imtiaz and gor these things I visit Metro.

In the past Metro Cash n Carry was a serene place to visit. But with the time its surroundings have turned into health and safety hazard. Moreover inside ambience have gone sloppy. The management must ensure concrete steps to regain its past reputation.

Its good but some necessary things are not available. That should be over there because it tooks alot of time for shopping and cant go anywhere else after there.

If you are going for bulk it is the good place to go. Good parking. But its an out of populated area place and out of the way joining sabzi mandi so you might not feel very comfortable with this.

It is one of the most organized SuperMarkets in Islamabad. It is easy to do selective shopping over here since every type of product have specific aisles and sections.Secondly, Metro has a wide variety of products from many different brands and companies (Local and International). There is a good chance a customer will find what they are looking for.Finally, the staff working here are well-mannered and polite (from my personal experience atleast). They offer their help whenever asked and are always approachable. I have never witnessed any of the staff member behaving rudely with a customer.

Improved a lot since the beginning I used to come here in case if I had forgotten anything for my grocery now this has been the main grocery store for quite sometime and the way they’re enhancing and overcoming their shortcomings soon they’ll get better. The staff has been increased as well not to mention the managers they even respond to you on call as well since they happily provide their personal numbers as well just to avoid any inconvenience and trouble for the customers.

Worst experience this time. They could not find the items that I needed even after 1 hour. I went to the available office inside for help & complaint but the staff there was just playing on their mobile phones. They did not raise their heads to see the poor & old customer of 69 years age, but said we are trying to find the item but finally after 2 hours they replied that item is short & when I put forward my arguments regarding inefficiency/non-cooperation of the staff, they started misbehaving rather than helping me & resolving issue. I asked their names for onward action but they declined straight away. Shame on the management of Metro Cash & Carry, its management & owners, Habib group perhaps
