Worst service . i give them envelops to do UMS ,instead doing UmS they sent it as regular register . when i asked why did not send via ums they replied they dnt know rates of ums .this is oevel of professionalism in capital city.shamefull attitude

Shifted from Pakiza Market in I-8/4 to this new location. Please note that this is in Basement so not very friendly for old people to climb down the stares. No access to elevator. General post office services are good. However vehicle token tax and other type of services specially where filer and non filer have different rates, will result in a lot of delay and maybe in the end it will not materialize. Overall ok.

This post office is I guess good for the postal related service for local residents, but Worst for motor vehicle tax renewal, waiting time is more then two hours, during your waiting have to make a queue open air at pavement, you are lucky if its cloudy or been served b4 noon , after 1200 hours its very hard to stay in queue coz of sun shine, this post office has only one staff dealing with , they dont have any services for senior citizens but they serves female on priority ,

Convenience for local residents of I8 sector . Again like other post office services employees also do not have any customer services concept.

Poor service. Asking to cover parcel in white cloth . They dont even have marker for writing the address

Good place and have good services but they can improve services for customer .
