I have a Great experience there in QVCespecially their hospitality is inspiring me to be cool and be smileys even you are tired of work

The guards behaviour is really strict, As they have told to do so. late comers and any person without appointment shall not be entertained. You have to call before you visit. Preferably, A person who has been called should visit alone. No second is allowed inside. In addition waiting area is also not available, hereby you have to wait on the bench placed at Footpath.

I gave it a star. That cant properly guide consumers. Instead of seeking guidance, they try to take bribes.

I am giving 1 star due to their lack of miscommunication and I got message from my mandoob that I have to go back to medical center again.Because they required additional medical test.When I call them they say I have to come to medical again and told me they will call me for appointment I wait for one hour and I didnt recieve call so I call them back and they say the same thing and I wait another hour and then I call them back and I have been told different story.They said I dont have to come if I dont recieve call from qvc.I dont need to give my medical again.then on Monday they call me and ask me I have to come and do additional medical test.they dont care from where your coming.I lost my plane tickets due to their lack of miscommunication and slow process.I really appreciate their security guards.they are really friendly and nice people working there. I hope in future qvc make better communication in medical customer service so I can change my review 1 to 5 star
