Gloria Jeans is a good coffee shop. Price is higher than the quality of goods۔ Customer service is not so good. The setting area is great. Improving customer service and quality of products is very important. Smiling is the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet. Must behave happily with customers.

The meat in hamburger at Gloria Jean’s Coffee shop in Giga Mall DHA RawalPindi is chicken. Hamburger traditionally are made with a beef patty. It was loaded with mayonnaise. So much mayonnaise that it’s dripping down the bun.The manager/supervisor on duty politely informed me that they do not offer refund on any of their food items but later agreed to remove the charge for hamburger which I had returned. The service here is quick and friendly and deserving of 5 stars. I came here for food, drinks and service. Unfortunately the food wasn’t what I expected.

I love aroma of coffee in cafes, hence on a rainy or cool winter day or night nothing beats hot coffee mug with your favourite walnut brownie or carrot cake at a coffee shop , staff is courteous, prices are fine , and the quality is good, small space for seating , cappuccino and Latte are more in demand though dark coffee or bitter coffee are equally good but for strong hearted ones.
