A newly opened venture beside old / renowned ChikaChino .They have good food but facing teething issues due to launch and understandable.I have visited them twice but still a lot of improvement is required. 0 marks to service level.Over all ambiance, feel and food is good. Parking is a big issue in peak hours and one needs to park the car quite a far place.My Over all rating is 4/10 based on two visits.

Very similar to the other chai spots nearby like Chikachino and Chai o Clock. Their gulaab jaman are especially good. You’ll notice this is in the exact same spot as the old chikachino as well. I’ve heard this is because of a dispute between partners at chikachino which led to the split and rebranding.
