People at this office at extremely uncooperative. They dont reply to emails and dont answer calls. I am an overseas Pakistani and I have been waiting for my passport for 4 months. Even when they email, they include passport details of 50 other people and it is a breach of Data Protection Act. Extremely incompetent people are sitting in this place.I will be making a complaint to PM Citizen Portal and will be writing to Zulfi Bukhari on twitter as well. I suggest everyone to do the same. When it comes to asking for help then government always asks overseas Pakistanis but when we need assistance even for legitimate purpose, like getting a passport which is our right, we do not get any response. Utterly disappointed.

My dad has applied for his passport renewal for over a month now and has not received any information. No reply to the complains he has made online. Not good online service they have. Please be a little bit professional.

I applied for my i.d card and passport renewal 2 months ago online from uk.I received my i.d with in 3 weeks but when applied for passport its bloody night mare no any update when try to phone them no any proper information over month now but they said they will send me letter then I will go near my embassy here after that might I can get my new passport. Its really bad service and no any facilities for overseas Pakistanis.

They are fooling people , after long wait with answering machine call being hanged up .pathetic service .

Hello, I have applied for my wifes passport renewal 12-21-19 and after having some problem with payment, I was able to finally upload documents needed, fingerprints, pictures, etc on 1-29-20. I have heard absolutely nothing from any messages I have sent. My wife and kids need to travel very soon, and I would appreciate someone looking into her passport renewal. All its says now is that there is currently application in process against your CNIC. Please someone help us out ASAP. Thank you, Salaam.

Applied for passport renewal online more than 2 months ago and havent heard anything yet NO Response to calls ,emails .So dont bother to apply online you will be stuck with no options so go to embassy even if you have to travel 2000km.i wonder if there is anyone from office bother to read these reviews.

Nothing better than 1857 patwari office.No help line workingno officer will pick up callno proper status of your online application.no reply to emails.just here n there stuff.shame shame and just shame.

Went to have my mothers passport renewed. Outstanding experience all done in half an hour. The place was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and professional.

I am overseas Pakistani living in Houston USA . I submitted my family passports on Feb 07,2020 still I did not see any action from Passport office two Weeks have gone . Brothers I have to extend visa of my family and going to expire in March . Your prompt action will be appreciated . I made mistake to apply on line . It would be nice if I went to Consulate General of Pakistan Houston USA Office for making a passport even they are taking high fees than on line fees but I can get passport faster than one line.very poor communication the is no chatting facility like Nasra Ncop to ask them any query. The passport is not giving any reply of my emails I sent lot emails to them.

I have sent an email to them regarding waiver in amnesty scheme i.e. Change of Profession, which i could not avail, due to my committments, and they do not pick up the telephone. I wonder whether they respond to email of policy or not. So far i am not hopeful.

Horrible service. Applied for renewal of passport from Riyadh. Despite urgent fees haven’t received the passport. No contact with the office as they hardly bother to pick calls. No email response from the office. Poor poor poor service.

Can i receive my passport at some different address to that which is mentioned at my CNIC?As my location is now changed from one city to other but CNIC and domicile are still of my first location, from where i have migrated.

I have applied online for the renewal of my passport two months ago and didnt listen anything from this office. Countless queries were unanswered, no reply for the email, email id with pakistan mission in Germany are obsolete, I dont know what are they doing.

They have made a huge improvement since last decade.Things like special queue management for old citizen.Fast delivery of passportLimited number of documents is appreciated.However one still need to go far for fee submission in bank , which really needs to be managed.They should device a mechanism like NADRA , so that citizens are comfortable.

Wonderful effort by Pakistani government .Im so happy that now government of Pakistan digitalized system in many sectors thats easier for us and for them to keep data and processed fast and efficient.I applied my passport online and got today everything from processing to deliver took exactly 23 days.Great job by this department.Keep it up guys.Long live Pakistan

You should improve the visa extension system and make it clear when someone apply extension in lahore its easy and here they take so much time

Assalamu Alaikum DearsToday I visited Passport office Mardan kp.It was quite amazing and strange for me that all staff members were in time. They started work with full swing and. More than 300 applicants were there . They were doing their job with great care and dedication.. strange was their politeness and dedicated which which is no more in Govt institutions. One of well Mr. Javed Iqbal was so kind and polite that compelled me to write. Assistant Director Mr. Shujat was a nice officers .Although my matter is still pending due to NADRA and some technical problems.After RESCUE 1122 reputation this office Management impressed all of us.Hats off to the official and officers Stay blessed dears .TARIQ JAMALMardan

I gave one star...the line to the visa section is confusing...there is no waiting number and you just have to wait while every men are rushing to go inside...there is no line for women.....sad!

I applied for 10 years with 100 pages normal service. I got in 3 weeks but they sent me with 36 pages but I paid for 100 pages. I sent an email and calling them but no response at all. This is bad

Do confirm your adress on Id Card before applying. This is suitable for overseas and foreigners. A bit congested space and rush hours are from 10 to 12. So come early and get served early. Do bring CNIC and old passport if have any.Parking is a bit small as compared to the importance of this place.

The officer Nadia is a stupid person. Who has no education whatsoever. This stupid old lady sent me all the way to Vancouver from Calgary just to be rejected by some Pakistani baba. Their customer service was extremely poor. Nadia is so dumb and stupid all she can do is sent you to other places for an interview. for example Vancouver or Toronto., she overall is very rude.

Although the government is working hard to improve the working conditions of the government offices but passport office need special attention from interior ministry. Number of offices should be increased to facilitate the people. Help desk services should be increased. Employee should be courteous to people.

Tokens are issuedfrom 9:00am till 2pm frm monday to thursday and till 12:30pm on friday. Saturday sunday close. For normal passport submit 3000 in any national bank of pakistan. Form for money deposit is available at national bank. If u will arrive at 8:30 Am in morning u will b free at 9:30am.Bring original id cards and its 3 photocopies along with 3000 rupees bank reciept.In case of children id cards of father and mother along with form B and its 3 photocopies.Bring old passport and its photocopy too if applied for passport renewal.

What is fee authorization letter?My finger prints are declined 3 times and they said my fee authorization letter will be issued next week for reprocessing !!Can I apply in USA right now or do I have to wait?

Dgip HQ where top management performing his duty including DG, Director HQ and technical team. Furthermore only VIP and official passport application were processed here.

I was applied Normal application through online and i received passport , I applied on the 16 date and next month date like today 8 Jan i received even New year Holidays was also . i think normal application takes total 20 days to complete all procedure until deliverBut again thanks

I have applied for new passport just in 30 minutes, all staff are very cooperative. Most of peoples are busy to customers care. Only government officers & officials can get their new passport.

Make sure you have paid the fee and are coming with the bank receipt otherwise you will be going to G9 Markaz for fee payment at National Bank, hence wasting time.Secondly make sure you reach before 1pm otherwise you wont be issued token for renewing or applying for new passport.A copy of CNIC and old passport is required for renewing the old expired one. Fee for renewing passport in normal delivery time is 3000 plus 30rs for bank forms and 5000 + 30 for urgent delivery.Normal passport os usually delivered in 15 to 20 days and urgent is delivered in 7 to days.You wont be entertained If your ID has a different address then Islamabad.

Helpline is not working. Worst experience ever to apply online for passport. Even no one is attending phones in Dubai and Abu Dhabi embassies. Shame!!!

Worst website ever. duniya chand per chali gai or hum abhi bhi pakistan me hey..... website is very hard to use. No whatsoever information available nor any respond after 40 days of waiting. Mulk chor diya lakin yeah log ab bhi jan nahi chor rahey hey. Shame on you guys for the pathetic services which is not worth even single penny!

I create the application for renew passport online 15/9/19 but unfortunately did not get any reply from then that Application approve or not . Secondly if you try to call help line number only wasting your money and time because line will be disconnect when going to transfer to agent.

The worst possible site I have come across, will not answer the phones and if they do they will direct you to numbers which either do not work or no one answers.With their attitude towards the citzens of Pakistan for whom they work and who pay their salaries, is pathetic in the wrose sense.I honestly believe that in this office there is no one till now that I have come accross who earns RIZK-E-HALAL.MAY ALLAH JUDGE THEM ACCORDINGLY.....AMEENI WAS FORCED TO GIVE ONE STAR AS THERE IS NO OPTION FOR LESS

ALERT! If your picture on CNIC doesnt match with you 100% because you aged with time as any human being would, the online passport team would block your application and ask you to renew your CNIC.
