This is a good housing society with all basic facilities like electricity, gas, water and phone. Recently the roads were metalised and infrastructure were improved which improves overall repute of society. Rates in the society are high around 7-8lacs per marla like one can get 30by60 plot in approx 45-50 lacs depending upon location. One of the disadvantage is it has no direect access to islamabad highway. The main access is through soan garden about 1mile from highway

CBRECHS town phase 1.A peaceful, calm and beautiful place to live in. It is situated along Islamabad Express way near Sawan Garden, PWD Colony, Bahria Town Phase 1-6. It is about 30-35 km away from Zero-point Islamabad and some 6 km from Kak-pull. The people living in the society are enjoying Electric, Sui-Gas, water and sawage, telephony, parks and markets at a walking distance.
