I was looking for orignal charger for my iPhone and so I went to this Store (Bell North) they are having excellent quality of products and accessories for iPhones. They also have a lot of accessories for Mac machines. I am impressed with their customer dealing and way of guidance. Keep it up Bell north.

I bought handsfree for Pkr 4,000 for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I confirmed 3 times before buying if it’s original or not. They claimed its original. Even I was not satisfied with the sound quality I had to buy because it’s box was opened. I again asked if it’s original they said it is original again. Then for my satisfaction I visited F7 mobile market and compared the sound of original handsfree, It was speaking itself. Then I got back to bell north and asked them to refund as the product was claimed original, there were two guys there they insisted it is original. I said no, no, no. It’s not original. Another guy on from the staff came and asked to replace it with the original one. They gave me the original one they kept in their drawer under the money. And excused they did not know it’s not original. This is not the way to deal while sitting in blue area islamabad. We avoid going to Dubai plaza because of these frauds.I will never visit them again. Overall Bad experience.

A delightful experience overall and normally all the products available are genuine. Prices are a little high than they should be but service is great nevertheless

I bought apple mac charger from them for 11000 which they informed me was original. It became dysfunctional after only four months and now I discovered that it is not original. It is a copy and therefore not covered in warranty. However their excused was that the cause of dysfunctional charge was spark therefore it is not covered by warranty. How could they get fake charger and adapter covered by apple. Total fraud. You may have sold genuine products to others however the one sold to me is fake. If you want to see the fake part of your charger let me know i would drop it to your shop.

Bought an iphone 7 front screen protector for PKR 1200(after discount). Was of poor quality and air bubbles got in overnight causing a part of touch screen to become inactive. A little portion of touch cover had also gotten damaged on the top just by putting phone in pocket with keys for 1 day. The shopkeeper replaced the protector but with a lower quality new one and didn’t even bother himself to return the difference of money!

Heard great things about them enough to seek them out, only to be insulted by their tech repair man for no good reason.Never going near the place again.
