Amazing coffee and snacks. The cheesecake is especially delicious. Very nice ambiance.

Its an authentic franchise of famous chain. Though its known for varieties of coffee but one can find good desert options and routine bakery items. The seating arrangements are excellent and staff is polite and trained. Staff is well dressed as well. Crockery is up to expectations. The two factors which doesnt attract much of customers could be high prices and restricted menu designed for very targetted group of customers.

They have a nice seating place with a good view. Perfect for meetings/personal work space while having a good coffee.

This branch on the 3rd floor of Centaurus has a huge terrace with a great view. Gloria Jeans does serve good coffee, but their cheesecake is a disappointment. Go there early in the day for coffee and view.
