Ptcl realy need to educate their customer care reps about how to behave with customers. They have invested well on centers to make them look good, but its pointless if your rep dont know how to talk to a customer

Security guard is not doing proper duty .Yesterday I went to g10 franchise along with my father at 12:30 pm the guard was saying that u cant go in because already one person standing in the ofice but at the same time another person came and went inside without any question and the guard didnt stopped him and our number crossed .Its not bearable.

The support staff are well trained, takes criticism with a smile, they are in fact best problem solver. I would recommend people who want to visit PTCL smart shop should visit G10 branch. Thorough professionals unlike the worst support a available through online mediums or at ground level.

Ptcl is one of the worst internet provider with worse policies, you know, you cant close your connection from another city, you have to visit back for closing your connection which is stupid. Try to stay away from ptcl, by the way the shop had cockroaches under the couch, the staff was kind of mehhh, a lady worker was shouting on a child, 11 13 years of age, who was doing cleaning in the shop.

Nice People. The Manager was very nice. Had a very long and complicated issue in terms for Billing and Corrections of Details. Solved in a snap. The automated machine helps a great deal of time in the bill payment. But do take cash with you, because they dont have an ATM close by and they do not accept credit cards. Suitable for folks from G-11 and on.

They dont have the equipment to take finger print or it is out of form.They waste lot of time

A very anonymous place of this ptcl smart shop. Their is no singe bord to guide some one.

Its a good facility for local people. You can also pay bills via machine, although the machine sometimes reject 20 rupee Note. You can get all sorts of information from here as well. A good initiative by PTCL.

They dont meet commitments, otherwise what they provide on spot is good.

If you have any queries about your smart TV , broad band and land line directly meet with Mr.Aqib he is incharge of ptcl smart shop. He will resolve your query with in 24 hours. Bcoz of him working and operations of ptcl smart shop have become fast and efficient.
