One of the best customer services I’ve come across in terms of telecommunication and internet. However, the standard did go somewhat downhill since they expanded and removed data caps from their bundles. Their site visit team has also been lacking professionalism lately. If you call their sales department as new customer, they’re more keen to listen to you and provide better services.

Nayatel is very poor as for as customer care is concerned, we have requested for internet activation service since last 6 days but no response billing section forward complaint to technical and vice versa but no action, pathetic services, we are really disappointed by their servecing, I would recommend everyone not to use this , u will regret it

Honestly speaking, i am very impressed by their services. After being a ptcl user for so long, i recently decided to give nayatel a try and i am baffled by their services. From the start till the installation, the entire process was so smooth and seamless. I applied for the connection, the next day a guy visited my house and shared all the details. Few days later the team came and installed the connection. Later the same day quality control guy showed up and checked the services. I mean with ptcl, forget about the quality control team, you would be blessed if line man or someone from technical support shows up or better if someone picks up your call. I love nayatel service. Im using this for i think 3 years. Its user friendly and internet service is also good in my area specially during thunderstorm it work quite well.

It’s service is the worst, they always wanna benefit sot hey slow your net and make you buy a package which is higher than the price you’ve been paying before , and if you subscribe for the Optimus there’s no back out , wondering why they need money that bad , kept messaging them , even called thousand times, the worst service ever, never have I ever been so disappointed in a service, on top of that I last called them on 15 April, I told them clearly that it’s beyond my level of patience and to fix and unsubscribe the Optimus and that I won’t pay the bill for Optimus and it shouldn’t be there in my bill because I didn’t even use it but you see they emailed me the same day saying Optimus have been deactivated. And then they do this drama, they added Optimus in my bill, that and then when I check my customer portal the billing status for Optimus was active , how brutal behavior is this.(clap your hands for the worst service, I expected better)

I wanted to avail their services at my home. They have internet services all over blue area which is a stones throw away from my house. They refused to install Internet at my house because I was the only one to ask for their services in my area, and when I gathered more than 12 people to have the installation process started so that we get rid of PTCLs awful services then they asked me to get them an NOC because if they installed the internet without that, it would be a waste of their investment.

Gud but bit expensive now

Reliability of home network is very good but their add-on of bandwidth are a joke and you need to stay clear. I paid for 100Mb upload speed and got 40Mbps. They keep insisting that this is good and wanted me to test the upload speed to their server (which is not what uploading bandwidth means that you can only upload to the internet provider network).They allow Speedtest (that are local servers to Pakistan) with full speed but to us servers they are more than 50% slower.Overall still better than PTCL by miles but I will not buy add on from them
