Absolutely outrageous and hideous! They exploited our patience and took advantage of the payments we had made already by postponing the shipment by 1.5 years. We could only get our order by threatening to sue, that too of the worst quality imaginable. This place should shut down!

Terrible Experience. Do not ever go there. Almost every client, including myself have millions of rupees stuck with them. They show you something else and then play delay tactics and deliver pathetic items or no items at all. Our kitchen was due in 6 months time. It has been over 1.5 years now, and they only delivered low-quality carcass. We had to complete our kitchen on our own from somewhere else.

A wonderful experience with Oppein in two different projects. Good, quality material and fixtures.

A wide range of high products but so expensive. They delayed in providing products after order and try to adjust other material to sale their available items. Customer service is not good. They claim that they can provide customized designed products but their delievery system take months to complete the order. Not recommended if any one buy product from oppein

Theyre not good. Have good stuff in their showroom but dont really deliver the same quality to you. Also they kept delaying some of the equipment needed for my house so theyre not that reliable. Better to go elsewhere.

Good variety but expensive. Their delivery times can go into months because all their stuff is designed, tailored to requirements and made in China.

Worst customer service and worst quality products. Bunch of liars running the company who are unable to keep their word. They delivered wrong doors and now are not accepting them back or returning the money to us. Bunch of low life thugs.

Extremely non-professional. It took them 11 months to deliver my house kitchen and it is still incomplete due to counter top. Everyday they have a new excuse. I highly regret my decision for ordering them. Another friend of mine is also stuck with them. Stay away from this shop.

Wish I could rate below this. Very unprofessional, very poor customer service. Its almost two months late and we have not yet recieved any thing. Still not sure when will it be delivered.They are not reliable. AVOID THEM

Best builders mall ever... unmatched quality vareity and value for money

Tiles are of average quality. Dont trust them on delivery. They dont deliver on time. Very unprofessional behavior. They delivered us some cheap tiles from china instead of genuine oppein tiles. They paid all our money back after emailing there head office in china. The staff mostly keep there cell phones off. Very difficult to contact them on phone.

It has been more than an year and still our kitchen is in complete. Kitchen is being installed in bits and pieces and delivered items are substandard. And on top od all this there is no end to lies of oppien team

It is a wonderful experiance getting our home full stop solution designed and installed by oppein Builders Mart.Saved us a lots if time and were enjoying the highest quality branded doors wardrobe and Kitchens.

I recently book tiles on 14 Aug 2018 At the time of dealing the staff is non professional and the prices they convey for tiles mismatch with statement internally Specially Mr.Aatir conveyed higher price then actually displayed they cheat the customers so be careful while dealing with oppein staff and till delivery.

We have bought Doors and Kitchens. We are sooooo happy that we madr a good decision.Though bit heigher in price but worth it
