Pathetic fulfilment service. Once order is placed there is zero visibility when product will be delivered. Once product is delivered there is zero visibility when it will be installed. I have had the products delivered for 3 days and chasing installer to assembler the furniture

The variety of furniture is stylish and good. Prices are also on the higher side. They have a sale running but not on all the stuff. The staff is helpful. There are three floors catering for office and hone furniture separately. You can even order according to your requirement. An elevator is available for those who cant walk the stairs.

Under one roof the best place to find furniture and other household decorations items. Although its premium plus shop but its worth to buy them. Ambiance is beautiful and staff is very cordial and cooperative. As beds, dinning table, other furniture items are purchased for longer time then one must go for Interwood items.

If one would want to look for better choices... Interwood i have found reasonsble in price sales time only :)). Sales is found genuine and attarctive. In a class type of furniture this place in I9 is good to visit. They have chairs, sofa, beds, racks, kitchen and so on. However, after sales service is not up to the mark. So discuss after sales service with them in detail... rather get a signed note from them to be able to remind them for better services when needed.

I had a excellent experience while at interwood I-9. I went there looking for some items for my house and was helped by Soma, who was very thoughtful and experienced. Showed us all the items we where looking at and also suggested some very good items as alternatives. She was also very good with our 3 year old child. Thank you Soma, had a excellent experience! Made it very easy to shop for items i needed and explained everything. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will come back again.

Bought three study chairs, incomplete delivery after 5 days so returned the delivery person. Email address for complaints on receipt and business card of sales person inaccurate. Mobile phone unanswered, resorted to WhatsApp. Losing hope now and may have to visit the showroom.

I really love the furniture designs and they have amazing customer service. The bed set I chose was out of stock but thanks to their representative Awais Ishaaq, I got my furniture delivered to me 5 days before the scheduled delivery. Amazing place to get all kinds of furniture. Highly recommended!!

I place an order with interwood, a couple of the items were damaged and they sent me an extra item, I contacted the customer service team and lodged my complaint regarding the damaged items and the extra item that they sent me, which was on the 4th of September, after repeated attempts to contact them I have had no response, today I spoke with Syed Kashif Ali who told me and i quote “I’m pretending and cooking things up”., and as far as he is concerned by complaint will start from today. There is a serious lack of professionalism and aftercare services with interwood, based on my experience i would say don’t spend your money here and go else whereThey do no respond to emails and the customer service agents misguide you and do not resolve your issue.There are plenty of other retailers in Pakistan who provide a much better service.

Worst services overall, I am crying because of their attitude. Ordered a kitchen which was to be delivered on Oct 12 and now they have postponed it till the end of this month and no one cares in this company about clients. They don’t even respond to calls. I will never use them again. Also ordered a table which was to be delivered last Saturday but to date getting only new dates. Poor poor services. Do not try them if you don’t have patience. Even managers are golibaaz.Edit:I received incomplete kitchen on 20th one base cabinet and waste bin wasn’t in the delivery and their vendor who was supposed to do the work top is also very pathetic for the past three days he is coming but something happens to him. I even called their UAN and complained but to date NO ONE has contacted me. I call several people several times a day to keep things moving. This is not a brand this is just another furniture shop style services. Totally unprofessional staff. I went to purchase a chair and study table. No one was there at the counter. Later some one came from other department but unfortunately he was also not experienced. Customers dealing is extremely poor. Disappointed.

Took delivery of 5 seat sofa set last week. 3 seater had balance problem right out of the box with uneven legs. After visit by 3 carpenters and multiple complaints it was picked by interwood contracted Suzuki pickup. The driver obviously not familiar with the sofa set, tried to pull up a seat cushion and tore the stitching before I could stop him. Then the young boy, about 10 yrs age and driver picked it up and tried to fit it in the Suzuki pick up with 1/3 of it hanging outside the pickup. The damaged seat cushion is not properly seated in its place and is visible from the front quite clearly. Interwood i9 and UAN no’s have been requested to take note and deliver a fresh 3 seater. I’ll keep posting updates for betterment and awareness of general public.Update 5th Oct 2020 : Received replacement fresh 3 seater sofa from factory. Complaint cell Mr Kashif and Miss Amna both were very cooperative and patient in listening and taking prompt action. Very mature and professional handling of the matter.

Really well designed interwood outlet with major variety of furniture for every kind of need. The pricing is a bit on higher side but then no compromise on quality as well. Staff is a bit lazy and not active otherwise you can surely have almost anything for your interior renovation or new buy.

Pathetic customer service at interwood i9 Islamabad. I requested repeatedly to the staff there to WhatsApp me the picture of a rug so that i can order online. There was absolutely no response to my request even though i WhatsApped one of the female employee personally. Absolutely Shameless behaviour!Edit:Thanks for the response but i already bought everything from elsewhere. Kindly look into the matter. The staff needs proper training. I have had a similar experience couple of years ago. And im seeing other people complaining too in islamabad based fb groups. The products are amazing but the staff is trying real hard to lose their customers.

Ive had the worse experience with interwood. I got my bedset from there and since then it has been having problems every other day. Their customer service is pathetic because nobody tells you when they’ll come to fix the furniture and on top of that their furniture is just overrated. I have called them a million times but they never told me the truth that when my furniture will be fixed it. Poor service, worse behavior of the staff.

The staff doesnt bother to timely respond to the query. The quality of wardrobes is very poor, as they break after 3 months of light usage. If one complains about the furniture, dont expect a response with in a month. The service is just too poor for a company aspiring to be the leading furniture providers. The cost vs quality is not with it.

Purchased four office chairs from I-9 Showroom on 13-8-2020 . All the payment made was in advance . Delivery time gave was 02 days . After daily reminder Chairs received on 28-8-2020 and now the installation is pending . No one cares about customer satisfaction . Highly irresponsible staff . This is the branch in i-8. I love inter wood products, went there to buy a bed. The outlet was nice with a wide variety of products. Parking is not ideal but you can work your way around. My order was delayed a little against my expectations but all in all, good experience. Recommended.
