Nice place to stay in Islamabad, the boys at reception Usman and Hamza are awesome !!!

Hospitality of the hosts was amazing. Rooms are clean enough for a comfortable stay. The only major downside I can think of however is the location. People relying on Uber may find it difficult to navigate through the surroundings as the nearby places are not within walking distance. Besides, its a reasonable place to stay with your family for the price you pay.

Positive: The staff was excellent especially Nadeem Abbasi and Hamza. They took care of all my needs. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet and Nadeem took care of that.He also provided Iron.when required. The breakfast was served in the room ( inclusive in the package) but they need to include jam and butter, if possible Hotwater was available. I will stay again. .

Even after booking confirmation on booking.com and on call too, rooms were not available and we were told to wait till mid night. I was with my old parents so i had to leave and find other options.Secondly, keep in mind they have very few rooms with attached bathroom and they mention terrace available with rooms but thats wrong too. I have given 2 stars just bcz of cooperative and humble people at reception.

Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable. Negative: The bathroom was not attached. No tissue papers or toilet paper and could use an air freshener.

Good value of money

A very well managed guest house in Islamabad for families.Location: Very near from F10 Markaz.Rooms: Really spacious and equipped with all basic necessities like TV, dressing, sofas, wardrobe, heater/ AC etc. Room walls need little maintenance, rest perfectly fine.Washroom: Neat and Clean, hot water was available all the time which is really a plus point.Moreover, secure parking, very cooperative staff, breakfast in bed are some additional perks of this property.What else do you need in this rate ??

My booked site was different on booking.com but at arrival I was given other place at a different address which amounts to cheating.Breakfast was substandard.

My husband and I stayed at Delano Residence for 2 weeks in the summer. The rooms are well-equipped with good quality, new furniture. The entire guest house was very clean. There was parking space, and all our requests were looked after. Big serving-size and tasty breakfast. To top it off, the guest house is in an excellent family-friendly location, even at walking distance from F10 markaz. I would highly recommend.

They are fraud cheaters, i booked through booking.com days earlier but they gave the room to other family and gaveAnd i wander here and there with old parents and familyDont trust them, better to pick guest house/ hotel who honors their commitment

Mr. Owais makes you feel right at home. I brought my Mother to Islamabad for a trip. Great rooms, fabulous breakfast, friendly service.

Well the rooms a nice and tidy but the only drawback is that they dont have attached washrooms on one of their rooms on both floors and unfortunately we got the same room twice when we planned to stay. This is a really awkward scenario as you have to leave the room in to the lobby to use the washroom which is actually shared by the staff of guest house as well.

Everything was good except one thing which is on final payment they wanted to charge extra amount for the breakfast. Though when order was placed considering complimentary breakfast they should have informed us that there would be additional charges for more than 2 person breakfast beside knowing we were 3 people who checked in.

We loved the place. The service was above the expectations. We appreciated hospitality of Mr. Awais.

I dont know about rest of the guests but my stay with family was really uncomfortable. Felt regret in front of the family. Bed noise, one towel, one shampoo sashay.. Come on yar. Im sorry but never recommended again.

Good. Nice place. Much room. But there was humidity on the walls because of a leak in the shower i guess. So there was mold and am allergic to it so was not really in my full capacity that day after... i come back to your answer now.... as yiu answered me on 11th of april. Ppl will see your answer below. first of all i am a woman and not a man. My first name is corine. My middle name gaelle. So u will find me easier in your records. I came 30th to 31st of march. Room above right facing the house. The ceiling was green and there was a humidity line on the wall between the bathroom and the room and also on the perpendicular wall. Getting the comments from the guests even if it is not as positive as one would like it to be is very important to improve the quality of your guest house. Saying on public media your guest is a liar is not the most diplomatic answer am afraid. I wish you good luck sir. GG
