Your hospitality and excellent service genuinely live up to the standard of Pure Excellence. From day one my room has always been in an excellent condition. Everything in excellent working condition as it should be. The food, just superb and delicious. I loved it, as it brought back beautiful memories of my Moms cooking. Truly an excellent place with a picture beautiful garden and above all friendly owner and friendly staff. Thank you for the stay. Till we meet again.

Guest is not bad for a quick stay but they need to renovate more to elevate the comfort for Customers. Staff is very helpful though and food is not bad either.

The AC in my room was not working. Apparently the compressor was kept off for some reason.I asked the guy to come and check but he kept sticking on the seat saying we cannot help as all the rooms are booked. I asked him atleast come and check. But the usual Nod..The bath tub was broken.Bedsheets were old. Towels were dusty.Quite bad experience I had.

Best place for living at extremely reasonable price. Best thing was how cooperative the staff was.

Never had such a bad experience before, i can not touch anything here Too smelly we can not enter to the washroom. Room is mess dirty smelly unorganised. We are paying 6000 for a night here. Bakwas fazul. I would never recommend.

Normal guest house

Its normal guest house but staf is friendly and cooperative

The guest house was ok... i was there only for one night. There is no tv connection although they have tv. Ac was not working properly.

Amazing and realy family envoirnment

Smelly, dirty, and nothing is working here. Eaven we had all day AC turn on - it didnt work and in room was still hot, bathroom was very dirty and most of the time water didnt work, so we couldnt took a shover, and eaven it was working (few time) I felt very uncomfortable to take shover in this dirty bathroom where I didnt want to touch anything. Bed was dirty - it was look like that they never changed a bedsheets.In place I live houses for homeless people are more clean and nicer than this place.

I am not give a single star, they are charge a lot of but have no a single facility..

Good but it is a guest house

The place was ok but the price was too high for a room. There were mosquitos at night and cleaning was not proper plus bed sheets and blankets were ichi. We paid 9000 rupees for only three days. They forced us to hire a car from them to go to murree and charged us 3000 for a drop only.
