On Saturday, 28th of November, at approximately 8 pm, I had a disturbing experience in Charles & Keith - Giga Mall, Islamabad, Pakistan. I am a loyal customer of Charles and Keith, I have bought a huge collection up of yours up till now, but this is the first time I’m considering changing my go-to shop. My experience with one of the staff member has left me mentally exhausted. The manager Badar Abbasi is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever interacted with, on top of that he is a vile man with a vulgar language and no experience in how to interact with customers. He was rude, impolite, ill-mannered and discourteous towards me and my husband when we asked a few questions. Is this how customers are treated? Charles and Keith is an international brand and expecting their employee to treat us with disrespect is completely unacceptable. I don’t have words to explain how bad my experience was.
Great shoes and bags they have but are a bit expensive.
