Rooms were well built and maintained. Room necessities for example soap, towels, drinking water and etc. were provided adequately. Decent dining area for food. Adequate location near Centaurus mall.

Good place to stay- locality is attractive- not far away from markets- rooms are nice so is service-We were allowed to park our bikes in the hotel- and not outside - big yesThey place snacks in the room but beware, those are not for free Also good washroom- we went there in winter so cant tell much about the air-conditioning, must be ok-Staff is friendly and helps ..I love camping btw

It was very pleasurable and comfortable stay in the extreme winter conditions of December. Rooms were spacious yet warm with 24 hours boiler based heater. Warm water was available 24 hours. Location was ideal as it is just few steps walk from sentaurus mall

Poor Service. I have just booked their more expensive room and that was pathetic. Beds wereuntidy and awful and so was the breakfast. Strongly Not Recommended

Having stayed at comfort residency F-7 Islamabad, I could easily compare services between these two guest houses. From furniture to bedding to washroom to internet speed, prestige is a huge disappointment. I will give you one example. The room I was in, they had a phone that I could use to contact room service, kitchen etc. Just that the phone was disconnected and there was no wire connection in the room. The in house restaurant also looks and feels cheap. It looked like a $1 roadside Cafe and felt like it too.Avoid it like the plague!

Best place to say in Islamabad with family

Not recommended. You get different rates on phone and upon check in, they come up with excuses that room is not available etc. And you have to pay a premium to get the only available room etc etc. Belong to a typical group of people having mindset of looting wherever possible.

The guest house is clean and tidy and location is really good. Guest house service is good too BUT the customer service is PATHETIC! They didn’t inform us that breakfast is included so we had breakfast at 11.30 or 12 and then during checkout we came to know that breakfast was included but it is only till 10.30. When asked why we weren’t informed the manager at front desk argued for half an hour that why didn’t we ask. The people at this guest house are so damn rude. Please refrain from staying here especially if you are with family. My personal advice

Excellent place to leave for quality service

No value for money, no proper cleaning, you may find lizards and different species of insect... complaints will not work because of careless management.I had to complaint multiple times just to change the bed lining..There is Complimentary press iron but if you need proper pressed dress than this complimentary press iron will not work.
