Location is excellent but the overall experience was disappointing as it was more like a guest house opened in a bungalow than like a hotel. Also the staff was not very cooperative, food is good.

Had a great experience with Hotel One. Stayed here for 1 night. The rooms where a good size and very clean. The bathrooms were pretty decent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms service was quick and helpful. The food was surprisingly very good. Overall had a great experience. Will definately recomend this place.

I would suggest a stay at the place. The people are amazing but the place is kind of run down. Its like a 2 star facility. Not recommended.

Its a guest house like hotel in the heart of Islamabads red zone. Currently the property is not sign posted and only looks like a big house from the outside and reason for this I was told is that no signs are allowed due to being in red zone. Rooms are moderately comfortable but are good value for the money and location. Washrooms are clean. Beds have very soft mattresses so if you are not comfortable with soft mattresses then be prepared for sleepless nights. Theres a small fridge and mini bar but no safe deposit box. Breakfast is not very elaborate but does provide something for all choices to begin the day. Overall its a good value for money.

The place is so so...its not an extraordinarg considering that it is subsidy of pearl continental but its just a local stay...with a very ordinary service and standard.

Too much costly place in accordance to environment but one thing may b good or bad its located at sound proof area.

Very peaceful place, food needs improvements though.

The rooms are not very comfy and I faced a few issues with the room service. Hot water did not work and the staff took two days to fix it. Meanwhile my room was also not changed. Not worth the price.

Nice Guest House

One of the best places to stay in Islamabad - Hotel One F-6 branch. Affordable in comparison to other hotels around and poised very nicely, near Blue Area which is office hub in Islamabad. This gives liberty of moving easily to offices .In addition, the rooms are decently furnished, staff is very good and supporting. Only catch is breakfast which can be further improved.Over all a very good place to stay.

Nice 3 star hotel. Some rooms are in the basement. Quiet but no windows. No facilities like gym or swimming pool. Safe. Close to the popular markets. Breakfast is simple.

Worst experience ever. Service cleanliness and food compromised. Multan Hotel one is the besr. Front desk officer never attends phone. Mis behaves with guests and dental kit is given on demand lol. I dont want to gv them even one star

Though located on main road but Was difficult to locate as they dont have any sign board displayed. Room was ok. First room i got had some air conditioning issue (water dripping from the AC), which on reporting they changed immediately. Though my visit was in summers but they didnt have hot water available in shower as sometimes it get bit cold during rainy season. Breakfast was also ok, though not to many options.

Hotel One has exceptional place because of its location in the prime area of Islamabad.Closest sector to Parliament House and Diplomatic enclave it is.Its importance is doubled up because of F-6 Markaz (Super Market). The Hotel One is in the residential area and is in a house.
