I have been wearing Ideas from last 5 years and I have never received any faulty product. Their Chairman Lattha, T shirts and Kurtas are my favourite and their current upto 70% sale filled my wardrobe. You must try it once at least.

I wish there would be something like negative stars because this branch has no such thing called customer service or respect. Just because my mom put my grandmoms shawl which she brought from home in one of the shopping bags, they stopped my fam members when they were getting out of the shop and checked them like they were some criminals. They didnt even tell them any reason and checked them based on a mere doubt. thats a total disrespect! I recommend no one visits this shop!

Staff is very unprofessional. I bought a dress for Eid. But dress size was little bigger and i couldnt wear this dress on Eid day. I went to shop and they said i can change after wasting half an hour i went on counter to replace and staff said where is price tag i said I dont know then they said they cant change although when i entered in the shop i gave them dress after inspecting dress he suggested me to change but after half an hour he simply denied.. Such a pathetic experience. Hopefully it was my last visit on Gul Ahmed outlet.

It was pathetic. I exchanged one item and they refused to give me a refund as it is against their policy. Instead they repeatedly told me to buy someother item so that the refund amount is adjusted. It is totally a useless policy and the customer has all the rights to get the surplus amount in case of exchange

Not very happy with the quality of their mens fabric. You can get better quality fabric and get it tailor made from Karachi Company or Blue Area. A shalwar suit I bought started tearing away quite soon.

Its a well managed outlet of IDEAS by Gul Ahmed. The place gets a bit crowded especially when they have some event such as seasonal sales. The staff is efficient and helpful. There are three floor. Ground floor has mens wear, first has fabrics and top had ladies a wear. Kids garments also on ground floor. Both stitched and unstitched available.

Went their with my mother for her shopping trips, first of all theyve dropped the ball on the product placement. Female clothing on second floor? Seriously? Not all their customers are sprightly young women and its difficult to get up there for many, and even after you do get up there, usually breathless, their service is horrible. The salesmen are usually on their phones either texting or talking to God knows who and their variety is mediocre at best.

I usually like Gul Ahmed and Ideas. But me and my friend had a real real bad experience here with the staff. We bought a cotton loose cloth. But we found it to be damaged the next day (remember the staff did not display open the whole length of the garment). When we came to return it, the staff told us a lengthy process for return and some weird policies. We had to almost fight with the staff and had to talk to their help centers over the phone but nobody was willing to help. At last, we had to visit the shop like 4 times and got the money back in a good 1.5 months. Pathetic customer service, beware of big brands.
