In this point of hour its the hygiene that matters alot. Even though the services like haircut sucked big time. However foot massage was soothing

Did not feel welcomed at all and the coordinator was extremely rude. The makeup brushes and sponges being used were not clean. Overall everything was very unhygienic.I was with the bride and I was told that I can compete my makeup in the same room and midway through I was told to go outside because it’s not allowed and that their manager is watching us and i did not like it. I’m not sure why we weren’t told before that a male manager is watching us through out. That’s a privacy breach and should’ve been communicated to us.The makeup overall looked okay but was definitely not up to the par, it could’ve been better.The girls working there were nice and helpful but the coordinator and the receptionist were very rude.Also, if you’re coming from North America then this bridal makeup is definitely not for you because the foundation they used was lighter than the skin tone and when asked to use a different foundation shade they straight up ignored our request.

Had a wonderful experience with Sobia as my wedding make up artist. I got her signature look and I was more than pleased with the results. She was open to suggestions and changes that I asked her to make. Just beware her bridal packages don’t include lashes and you’ll be charged extra for that which is a very big turn off considering you’re paying so much for bridal make up.

Very disorganized salon! As a bride I was more tensed than to be relaxed before my wedding! So unprofessional as well! Even tho I took the most expensive package but did not have the same experience as how much I paid!!!

They do nice bridal makeup but the prices are too high. Even Jugnu does not charge $6000 for party makeup

Over priced , these people are only good with rich , otherwise they don’t bother anyone which is shame, professionals business people always respect their customers not class , but I am afraid Pakistani mentality will never be upgrade in that level .

Excellent place

Shifted on new location and premises after CDA compulsion to stop commercial activities from residential areas. Now They have setup of ready made dresses on ground floor + saloon in basement . This block is surrounded by banks restaurants , offices of study consultants ,air ticketing offices so parking could be a hassle during day timings means office hours. Dont worry you can find ample place in evenings n holidays .

Sobia her self helped me alot to fullfil all my requirments as i came from out of station without appointment..thanks for such nice gesture sibia and staff did marvellous job

I had an awful experience here. First of all, I was greeted with nasty attitudes at the front. Then when I walked in, there were so many people already waiting. Why are you taking on clients, when you dont have the staff to deal with them?!Then I explained to the stylist what I wanted and she started telling me how what I wanted would not good on me at all! I kept telling her to stop back combing my hair so high and she refused to listen!! I told her to call hair low and the bun slightly low and to the left. She refused and went ahead and did whatever she wanted anyway. I tried to complain to the front but they were too busy taking complaints from other people. As a grown woman, I walked away from your salon in tears! Shame on you for not taking in your clients needs and only thinking about your bottom line!!

Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. My bridal makeup was from here and it was a disaster. I was made late because of the staff and sobia herself. Sobia was two hours late from the time she had given me. Everything was chaotic and nothing was done properly. The Makeup had a lot of fall out and the hairdo was nothing close to what I wanted. I do not recommend going here for bridal makeup.

The most unprofessional staff I have seen in my life. My hair cut and blow dry was done very rough and quick. Tables inside are dirty, combs are dirty as well with a lot of hair, staff was looking at me like they never saw foreigner before, I was feeling very uncomfortable. When I finished my hair cut I wanted to pay by credit card which was not possible as they accept only cash and I was advised by Receptionist Nadia that there is no ATM in the building. So I asked if I can call my husband or if I can use their WiFi to ask him to come and pay by cash. She took my phone, went somewhere and after 30 seconds came back saying that my phone cannot be connected to WiFi. All conversation was very rude from her side. Then she asked some gentlemen to escort me to ATM upstairs, which wasn’t even there according to her just few minutes ago. I was really upset and told this to my husband who was waiting upstairs. Nadia explained to him later that was only miscommunication because I cannot speak Urdu, which is absolutely not true, she spoke to me in English and there was no miscommunication. I have in many countries and visited different saloons, but this was worst experience. Please do not waste your money and nerves in this saloon, choose another one.

Worst exprience of my life. This porlour is only ok for waxing threading and usual stuff that any other parlour of gali muhala can also do.. not at all professional....I went to sobias salon in dha2 islamabad for hairdo. Before going there I had a telephonic conversaion with salons staff memeber that i have beautyfull curly hair , i want to change my look for this function is it possible for you to make a hairstyle they said yes offcourse we have products and everything so we can do any hairstyle that you tell us. When i went there they ended up using only tons of hair spray and my hair were neither straight nor curly they were more like stealwool Wasted my money

I didnt have good experience here. My face was so oily and cakey. My eyes were awful. My wedding make up artist kept saying my hair is too thin for hairdo, and even though I kept saying no I dont need extensions she sort of forced me. I was charged extra 7,000 or 9,000 for the hair extensions. My walima artist, Sakib Chisti did an amazing job without hair extensions.

The first time I visited the salon for hair dye i noticed the staff to be quite ill mannered. They didnt respect the customers and addressed them as tum instead of aap. But the hair dye job wasnt bad so i returned 10 months later to dye my hair again. This time the staff was considerably tameezdaar and behaved, but the girl who attended to my hair applied a different color than what I had told her. Also, after the wash my hair felt extremely coarse, rough and wouldnt brush.. it felt literally dead and lifeless. It seemed as if they had used expired dye, shampoo or may be low quality conditioner. I had to go to a wedding right after with such awkward hair. My hair still hasnt recovered from it. Never visiting this place again.

Horriable experience. Never seen such a rude and ill mannered staff ever in my life. Staff made fun of our family member not knowing we can underdstand their language. Walima bridal make was just normal with messy hairs and bridal makeup was just good. Party makeups were very poor and hairstyles were bad. Some of the staff members their senior makeup artist were so rude, never listens and behave very badly with you. If you ask for more kajol or anything . They give you products to apply by your own.

I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went there with my bhabi for her walima. I had “model makeup” doneb by a senior artist and I was assured that I would get the exact look I wanted. The moment I sat down on the chair I told the makeup artist to pick the right foundation color for my face and not chose a lighter one. My face ended up being way too light which I complained about, she tried fixing it by layering more foundation on my already caked up face. She couldn’t even blend eyeshadows correctly and she recommended eyelashes that were way too big for my eyes. My lips looked horrible. There was not one thing right on my face. I kept saying that my face doesn’t look right and their excuse was the lighting in the salon. All of their makeup looked very old/questionable. They styled my hair as well. I asked for loose messy curls but I ended up with very defined curls. I kept telling them to use a bigger curler wand but they only had small curling wand. My bhabis makeup melted before we even got home. I ended up washing my face when I got home and did my own makeup which looked infinity times better than the bhootni look this salon provided for me. I wished I had asked for a refund but the least thing I can do is warn others. All the staff was very unprofessional. Please please please DO NOT GO THIS SALON!!!!

Extremely poor makeup and hairstyling. Ruined my big day for me. Bad quality foundation which kept rubbing off during the photoshoot. Hairstyling was just nothing. She messed up my hair in a half bun and hid it under my dupatta. Worst so called makeup artist with a bad attitude. Kept dissing Zarpash and her mother.
