I went there for my haircut and whitnning polisher .. personally i wasnt satisfied with my cutting but indeed staff was very good and its a good place

Was in town on holiday came in for a wash blow and wax. Didnt need an appointment. They helped both myself and my sister quickly. Very professional and helpful staff. What a gem. Will definitely recommend them and come back in future

Didnt make our wedding party take too long to get seen to. Listened to what we wanted and delivered.Their make up artists do go a little overboard with the eyes. The one day I asked for light eye makeup i ended up with silver glittery and pink eyes because she thought only having dark shades was not light. Lol. Looked nice but wasnt what I was hoping for and since i cant do eyes i didnt want to take it off and start again.

Everything about this place was devestating. So unprofessional. We had called 4 hours or so prior for them to arrange fashion colors for me and my SIL. They made us wait an hour amidst the noise of an army of workers, arguing and gossiping about food and their personal lives. No ambiance music to buffer their loud conversations. We waited and waited only to be told that the guy who was suppose to get our colors isnt answering his phone and she gave the order so now we should come tomorrow so she can give the order and get it before none of this nonsense made sense and we walked out.

Waxing is horrible. The girls while waxing were complaining about having to work all day. They didnt even stretch my skin properly despite me asking multiple times and eventually doing it Myself. Thus made the whole experience extremely painful and uncomfortable.The atmosphere of the salon was not good at all, they didnt seem like they get any customers.Would not recommend.

They dont care hygiene. Girls working there are not professional. During providing services girls mostly remained on mobile phones.

Its a small place, I heard about it from a friend and tbh its a very friendly and comfortable place to go to, they have good makeup artists which offer very very reasonable deals of makeup along with hair styling, but their hair styling is not up to the mark. Its good if you only want your makeup done.. But other than that amazing staff, very cooperative even the owner herself is very easy going and understanding.

Hated it. Horrible staff, not only is the place dirty they dont know what they are doing and are not willing to hear you out either.

I went there for cutting and was okay with the cutting ... Normal days are okay to go to this place but when they offer packages it gets more messy and quality of work fall down (which is obvious) ... all in all I found it expensive as compare to other top saloons in term of service delivery ....

Slow,inexperienced, untrained workers. Tried to make costumer fool by making a bulky bill when i asked details of bill it was half than what they told me before. Cheaters

Not impressed...Went there to get my first manicure and my experience was ruined. The lady massaged my hand incredibly rough to the point that my hand was hurting for days after and she left before she even got to put the nail polish on to help another costumer. Eventually, we had to leave because it was taking too long and we needed to leave. So, later on, I decided to give them another chance and get my hair done (for the first time as well) and asked them to straighten it at the top and curl it at the bottom. I even showed them a picture but the end result was an absolute mess. They were very very rough with my curly hair and they seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I was not pleased with the outcome: the employees were rude as they talked so loudly and obnoxiously and the service wasnt any better.

I walked in after being fed up of the waiting time at depilex and got serviced immediately. The staff were very nice and the prices are very reasonable.

Carrying a famous name but staff is very lazy and incompetent if no one looking over them. Destroyed my eyebrow and made my chin bleed with threading. Has never happened before.Also they sneeze and cough on clients face.

Rubbish. .be warned...its freezing in this place (put the heating on) and in fighting whilst you are being served ...hilarious!
