Bias is my go-to parlor and has been for nearly 2.5 years now. The staff is professional and amicable. They never make you wait and they have yet to disappoint in all these years. Havent tried their makeup services but the maintenance work along with hairdos is top-notch.

Review based on a single visit. For party makeup. Bia and the makeup crew(Khadija and musarat? I think) are fantastic. Really impressed with their level of professionalism i.e. skill as well as cooperation and accomodativeness.The hairdresser, however, was a completely different story. She was a demotivated, overall sore lady who clearly hated her job and had no idea how to deal with clients. She really left me to wonder how she was surviving in an otherwise super professional setup. Despite my being uber polite, patient and nice with her, she was extremely rude, impatient and downright unwilling to do her job. If it werent for the sore taste left in my mouth by her, I wouldve given this place 5 stars. In Bias defence, I chose to leave without bringing the matter to anyones notice.

I have been going to Bias for quite some time now. I like the ambience, the staff, the services. The staff is professionally trained, well-mannered & well-behaved, the products that they use are o superior quality & their make up & hairstyling services are really good. However some of their rates are comparitevely high such as root-touch is for RS. 2500 whereas it is usually 1500 rupees in Depilex & even Jugnu.Location is also good its on the main road & located in the plaza where Kitchen cuisine is also located.Overallexperience is great, would love to go again
