Extremely incompetent and unprofessional staff . Instead of helping you , they would make things worse for you so that you run away. I had an extremely bad experience with them . SCB service were so good in Karachi. Pathetic that this is the situation in capital city

Yes its standard chartered bank . The bank you must have account there. For business and I individuals. Bank services are very professional. Staff good but cash counter always busy and usually waits. Best to use online internet banking

Never open an account with them at all, highly incompetent and unprofessional staff (include Assistant manager/ relation managers from I-8 branch I also interacted with) they are careless and makes fake promises. if the manger is on vacation, you have to wait one week for anything account related to be approved. They would send you to other branch or redirect concerns to helpline while they are supposed to resolve issues themselves. Would never recommend this bank anymore, better opt for a different banks who are more focused on timely customer service and resolution.

Very professional service and courteous staff from the first point of contact to the last. I had an issue with my account and M Ali Ahmed followed through with it until it was resolved the same day even when the bank had closed. I really appreciate their professionalism and duty of care and thank Ali and Reema for their commendable service.

This is the best service oriented branch I have ever visited.So much professionalism and helping nature of all the available staff.ATM is never down. All the foreign cards are acceptable in these ATM Machines. Ambience is excellent. Parking is not an issue.

All the time it takes more than 30 minutes to just deposit cash or do some simple tasks etc even though you have their premium cards which typcally offer you different token whatever... the point is they are very slow they have 7 counters but they operate only 3 counters,So simply spare more than 30 minutes to do your work there.Regards

Yuhp 150 years old since they are the leftover of East India Company and their RAAJ. Please at least update webpage to mention your freaking CDM machine is closed when the bank is closed as it (the CDM machine) is inside the F7 Markaz bank, unbeknownst to even SCB HQ!!!??? Who I called prior but they still did not know. Pathetic ill informed or full of denial (to do anything) people.

Went on Saturday (May 13) to use my foreign banks ATM debit card (Plus network) because I wanted to withdraw cash.So I insert my debit card and lo and behold the machine captures my debit card asking me to come back in 2 days to collect it.Wt flying f***! Who has allowed these clowns to retain your debit card. One that doesnt belong to them or carries their banks name.DO NOT USE YOUR FOREIGN BANKS DEBIT CARD during non-business hours.Tried to get assistance from a bank team member but that person was completely useless asking me to comeback during regular bank hours.I left a message on the feedback/complaint phone number hanging next to the ATM machine and was told Ill get a response in THREE days.Luckily I didnt use this stupid machine near my fly out date or else I would have had to postpone my flight. Because I sure as hell dont trust these clowns with my Canadian bank account card. Be warned this is the only foreign bank left but theres definitely nothing foreign about it.WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS.

This is not bestway building branch. if you want to submit the fee then go to Bestway building branch on college road. it is marked as ATM Standard Chartered Bank on College Road.

Worse customer experience, One of their representative Zubair was rude and unkind. They did`t resolve my issue it is now two weeks. And guys over their saying jis ko complain krni ha ja k kr do

It’s a poor service bank I ever seen in my life. My debit card had been captured in their atm with same MasterCard logo and they took hours to solve it!

Visited this Bank to deposit Fee for an organisation on 27/03/18, the receptionist was least interested in helping the customers however the cashier was quite helpful, so end experience is just below everage....

A good bank overall. But, requires a perpetually present Rs.100,000/- just to open a current account. Thats not business savvy for SMEs. Courteous staff, that is taught to love you if you have money, and not if you dont, on any given day.
