Really disappointed I asked the helpline if my account is active, then I asked in bank as well if my account is active. They all said everything is fine, I submitted docs to change address which are exact same docs required to activate account. Now when its finally time to order ATM card, helpline says account is in active. Address is changed but account is not active. What kind of profesiolim is that?
Today on 24th Ramdan, its my first ever experience visiting this hbl branch in F11 markaz. Branch in Ramadan closes at 2pm between Monday to Thursday whereas on the hbl website... its same old timings which misguided people who come for the first time or so. However, i played smart and sent my boy to take a ticket for me and managed to be there on time...so al humdu Lillah felt happy not to get humiliated by the gate keepers then the staff and Management inside.The lady seem head of the branch and found so strict in nature...going by rules. She was adamant not get enter a gentleman with his little daughter to get inside who had a valid argument and justification for being late entry i.e. wrong timings on website....whereas he had a flight later evening. However, aik banda e Khuda... from the desk first pleaded for him and then he took step forward and let that gentleman and daughter come inside. Found that ONLY ONE Courteous person...practically speaking.All the counters should have been functional to serve customers quickly.Synchronisation required by the top management between online website and staff at branches about any updates...which are visible to the customers and unfortunately not checked by the staff frequently.May be its Ramadan... will in sha Allah try again after Ramadan.
Pathetic and unprofessional staff especially the lady responsible for opening new account.
Big branch, but most of the counters are inactive... and perhaps the slowest staff.
Need a ticket number at entrance to be serviced, but have witnessed account service personal taking a female vip customer, who sat down just for 5 minutes.The teller asked the female banker if she was in line and she lied that she has been sitting down for 2 hours. While everyone who queued in line have to wait longer inorder to please a customer.

Not wheel chair accessible and be ready to climb about a dozen stairs to use ATM. But on the corner of a shopping plaza with grocery and chemist shops
