I have my worst experience in this bank. Very rude and ill mannered lady operational manager. She simply lie to everyone that this task is possible in this branch, then on insisting she says printer is not working, then scanner is not working. She does nothing but passes her duty to junior staff.2 min kaam pony ganty main karty hain, wo b zabrdasti.

Pathetic customer service. The staff is busy in gossip and answering their phones. A 5 minute task takes 2 hours here. They keep blaming eachother for tasks. No co-operation between the teams. If you complain them about the service, they start blaming the system(meanswhile answering their stupid phone calls instead of doing work)DONOT COME HERE.

Branch staff is very helping and well experienced. Though the bank is not that big but I had excellent experiance because of helping staff. Honestly, I like the professionalism of the staff. Stick to the rules..Keep it up!

Piss poor service from staff. They are rude and immature. Also this branch is very small with few seats. Very rarely you will find a seat to sit on.

Very Bakwass service of the staff. Very weak junior staff know nothing about bank.Always changes staff and sometimes the staff is not available. I recommend the I-9 branch of HBL where very excellent staff is present although there is rush but its agood bank than I-10 branch

Slow and poor service

My personal advice to anyone who needs to visit HBL in this vicinity. Please go to H-9 (Shalimar Recordings) or I-9 (Indus) branch so that you can be processed timely and ethically.This I-10 Branch have immature staff, they ll treat you harshly and rudely. Besides that all there is not enough space for the customers to make a queue. Most of the time ATM is out of order and is located at a place where you cannot lock the doors for security reasons and anyone can come inside to loot you..
