Beautiful setup with cooperative staff. Access is easy with ample parking facility. Mature banking services.

I have used the services of many banks, like HBL, Askari, UBL etc. The worst staff i ever came across is of this bank. I can claim this because i had kept an account here for about 8 good years. This is particular to this branch only and doesnt hold good for all Alfalah banks.I dont know what Extra work they have but there is always a state of Chaos in this branch, as if Doomsday is near. They dont have basic courtesies or regard for any customer. Mostly theyre either busy with some personal guest in front of them or on phone. I had submitted an Affidavit for Zakat about which i was informed a year later that they lost it. There is a long list of inefficiency on their part. The latest one on the list is that they havent closed my account after a lapse of a month. Dont know what theyre upto

Worst experience. its a complete story

There are two kind of banking practices in Pakistan one is Islamic Banking or Riba free banking and other is Islamic Banking. Most of the commercial banks of Pakistan practice both type of banking.To keep a bank Riba free it is necessary to keep the business separate. Like other Banks of Pakistan The Bank Alfalah also has Islamic banking branches.This branch of the bank Alfalah Pakistan situated in Blue area Uslamavad, operates in Islamic mode. Being more religious some if the people of Pakistan due to Riba do not like to keep their money in Banks. But Islamic banking branches and system of these banks helped to make agree these religious people to keep their money in Banks without having their belief be effected.

Poor services

Poor service ATM is out of cash at 10:30am on Monday. After complain they asked to wait for 15 minutes and even after waiting for 20 minutes they even didnt open the machine to put cash in.
