A large size store of Sapphire brand that carries mostly women clothing with only a small men section. Quite well managed with a cooperative staff. Prices are fairly high...However, there are few female attendants in the store whereas it is mostly a women clothing store.

Good place with a nice environment. Sale products were also good, good enough to be purchased.

Sapphire has one of the big outlet in giga.They always have amazing collection of shoes,pants and also eastern clothes!

Bad ExperienceI am writing this today a complaint about bad experience i had at SAPPHIRE GIGA MALL yesterday,i was shocked and disappointed to have been treated from employeeaction and policy of exchang item of Sapphir.Never go again there.

Not customer friendly. After we choose several dresses to purchase.We waited at the counter to pay.There were three service employees talking instead, they didnt seems to be busy.My wife asked the female cashier kindly to service her.The female cashier was acting rudely and took the clothing in a aggressive way to service us, and making a face, while the two male dudes with her were acting like nothing happened.We chose to go and not pay for this kind of behaviour.

The good thing is that they have some seating spaces for the Waiting Babas. Good range of women clothing both stitched and unstitched. The atmosphere is cooool. Staff is courteous and helpful. The place is open and spacious.

Nice selection of mens clothing

It is a very nice outlet Beautifully done, quite spacious. Their summer stuff is better than the winter collection. Pret is v good specially the trousers. Silk collection was quite nice with an interesting collage of fabric material like cotten net barocha dupattas, grip shirts & raw silk trousersSales girls need intensive training courses . Not very well trained, rude & careless at times with a few exceptions.
