Customer service is poor. They dont listen properly have no patience for listening to customers complain. They dont refund for damaged pieces of clothing nor do they change it.They also use very rude language with the customers. I wonder how did they manage to get in a business in the first place when they dont even have peoples skills.

Huge selection of clothing for summer and winter. Staff is friendly.

Large range of unstitched collection, freedom to buy. Lovely prints in 2 piece collection. Lesser variety available in Pret collection mostly off season clothes.

They are expensive as compared to others. Their linen is the best. For other stuff they are almost similar to other brands. Their lawn is very fine but delicate.

We can buy loose fabric only at nishat linen.. its convenient to buy but they are charging sales tax from customers which is not fair because according to sales tax act companies have to pay it on their sale...you should mention total price of suits and fabric..on the article we buy

Located on the main road of PWD housing society the outlet has all varieties of women garments stitched and unstitched in prices displayed by the chain elsewhere in Pakistan. It offers up to 40 % sale on selected suits from time to time and often with changing seasons or completion of stock shelf life..

I went to the pwd outlet on 27 sept to avail 50% sale while i was standing on the counter i figured that counter guys and sales men also were very rude to the customers even who were paying handsome amounts were so annoyed on such bad behaviour especially the person sitting at the cash counter around 8-9 pm. At my turn he also insulted me with bad words thank god my husband was in the car or else it could have been a big fight. I felt so sorry for such poor handling by the staff and i really wish to speak to the owner. Can someone share his cellphone number because with such staff one day he might face closure. Ill be waiting for a reply. Thankyou.

My wife often visits this pwd branch but this time on 27th september she complained that it was so rude and misbehaved by the counter and sales person as they were unable to handle the 50% sale. I suggest with such poor untrained staff not only this outlet but nishatlinen should also lose their credibility. Ive been to khaadi and limelight so many times and I have witnessed that they were handling heavy clients load with such respect and smiling faces. I want to lodge a complaint against the pwd outlet to the company. Can someone please share the details where I can lodge my complaint.

Dealing is very good and the way of handling the customer is very professional

They charge additional GST 17% upon purchases and when asked they said its government policy where many other brands have just have shown 17% gst included. So careful when you buy from there you should carry more over the tagged price.

Good place. The down thing is that u have to pay cash. You cannot use credit/debit card there.

I purchased this bag for 4.5k last month and it got torn within a weeks time, i lodged a complaint aswell but got a pathetic reply from them statimg there is no policy for quality check.

It is very good brand for female clothing, bags and jewellary. It has unstiched dresses normally but few stiched shirts are also available. Stiched shirts are not upto the mark.It had very good variety of unstiched dresses. Staff behavior is also very good. When it comes to payment at counter. It takes lot of time when number of customers at counter is high.
