I tried this vendor to buy tyres for my car from there. As per owners recommendation i bought continentals. The tyres not only had less grip but had vibration between 100 and 120 kmph. Upon complaining, i had to redo the balancing from the same shop but it did not solve the problem. I even completed tyres break-in period and yet the problem is there. The owner himself is a nice guy but i was unfortunately not sarisfied with his products and thus, the reason for 1 star rating.

This is my first google review but this place deserves it! Customer service is something that isnt shown importance in Pakistan, especially in something like tyres. But The Tyre Mall focuses on this and thus the experience was great for me. The owner explained all my options within my budget and helped me choose the best option. He also offered me free balancing, nozzle replacement and nitrogen for the tyres. The workers were great and did more than they were asked to do. For example one of them washed all rim covers of my tyres without being asked to. They also washed the tyres again once they had been fitted onto the car. Friendly owner, friendly staff and a good range of tyres without having to go through the torture of a place like Sadi Road!

Had a good experience. Owner Mr. Ali is knowledgable person, person who will provide you the best option there is within your budget.

Wonderful customer service. Prices are very reasonable and those prices include balancing and new nozzles for the tyres.They allowed me to replace the tyres the next day since the ones I got were a little large and were hitting my cars mudflaps. They changed a few kms driven tyres without any hassle. I only had to pay Rs 1k extra for balancing of the new tyres and packaging of the ones i got a day earlier.I must say TOP NOTCH customer service.
