Good bank and good branch. I used it frequently towards the end of 2014 and found the reception staff to be very helpful but the cash staff, specially a guy, was unprofessional and not happy to serve. The managers room is right in the middle of the branch and has its door open all the time, so go to the manager if you need help. The bank is oriented towards serving the very rich and upper class, and you get that feel here.
