Its a good microfinance bank. Staff is really very cooperative. New updated equipment and latest facilities.
Not enough sitting for peoples , only 1 or 2 customer relations officers can handle clients problems. They pretend like they are separate from Jazz Cash. They issued Jazz Cash ATM Debit Card for me and charged Rs.599 and with tip They said If I use it for shopping I will get back Rs.599 into my jazz cash account.
Excellent service. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. If you need a bank account in Pakistan, then you can have Jazz Cash with very easy documentation. You just need a mobile number and CNIC to get your Jazz Cash account open. I am using their service and its very satisfactory. Also, its way better than Telenor Easypaisa.

Highly non professional people,no cooperation,I visited them many time, every time I visited them they did a thing very abusive, that after leaving of the customer they make fun of them and use bad word for them, secondly they are efficient in cost saving they even dont give you a paper for application writing even more they will not cooperate for scanning of your id card or do a copy for you,special Ms Komal, she talks arrogantly, and give an image that she is not willing to do that job and some how she is forcefully bond to do that. I dont know why they are doing this to people, even National bank is better than them, I will say they have no right to call them self bankers, they should visit Meezan bank ur Askari bank or SCB , to learn banking and customer care.Overall I get a very bad impression of them .
I find the Representative not helping. They are bad people looks like un professional. They are rude quit bad People.
