I only ever come here for breakfast, but Im sure its great for lunch, dinner, or hi-tea as well. As for the breakfast, Ive found the quality of the food to vary widely. While the croissants and hashbrowns seem very fresh and taste great, the fruit isnt high quality and the baked beans are as basic as they come. For the high prices they charge, I would expect everything on the menu to be of the appropriate quality. Id also like to mention that the staff is amazing, exceedingly friendly and attentive.

No doubt the ambience is really great along with how the sitting area is with indoors and outdoors. It is quite and peaceful. I really liked it.However, the food is overpriced comparing it to their quality and taste. The food is just tasteless even like you dont feel if it is the item you have ordered on the menu. At least they should focus on the quality of food and serve better.

The place has a really good ambience. One of the few restaurants in Islamabad that i actually love for their ambience. They have a shelf full of books, a fire place, and comfortable sofas. Feels like a drawing room tbh, which is a compliment. The food was also not bad.

Food quality and serving was not in accordance with the price....they had probably just 1 standing heater.... just check the size and standard of serving which was like around 1000.... Well I think if they dont wanna drop their prices then they must add into their serving size and upgrade their overall standard... sorry for the bad review...

When you search for a place for breakfast, this is the first place that would pop up. Breakfast options was great. They have continental and local breakfast available or you can just order up an omelet with some pastries to fulfill your morning desires. The restaurant has an indoor and a outdoor area. Either areas have a nice ambience and it is kids friendly too.

Good location, excellent service, very attentive staff but the food is just ordinary. I would recommend this place only for tea etc.

Superb service, brilliant outdoor ambiance (covid protocols in place) and great food. Their manager Illyas assisted me as I had some things planned for my mother’s birthday, and made sure we were good. Loved their hi-tea platter and it offers great value for money! Amazing place. One the favorite go to places in Islamabad. Just love their breakfast. The decor, vibe and outdoor of this place is so cozy. On the recent visit tried their main courses and has amazing Oscar steak with crab meat and a 10/10 chicken parmigiana. Just wish their mixed tea isn’t powder milk and Lipton tea bags.

Great, flavourful breakfast in Islamabad! Presentation wasnt all there, but it rarely is in Isloo.Tried: Spanish omelette, french toast, croissant sandwich, hot chocolate, and their French press coffee.

Worst experience i went there at evening asked for heater like for 10 times n got heater when almost finished our food. I need spoon asked for it like for 3 times. Then i was left with my dessert i asked staff to pack it n same like 3rd he took n after 15 min wait when i asked for my packed food like for 7 times they reluctantly said we discarded it. N then in their bakery i took scones according to counter mentioned rates it was 240 n on payment counter they said its actually 350 each. Felt pathetic there no respect for customers. Not recommended at all.

We searched on google for some quiet places to have breakfast as we are not from Islamabad.Their service is quite good and place is cosy.However some of their food portions are ridiculously small and are not enough to satisfy average appetite.

ETH has a nice ambiance and decor. The first impression after entry is good and one gets a nice welcome and guidance from the staff.We had a dinner there as well as breakfast on another day. Dinner menu is nice with limited options but have a comprehensive breakfast menu. Standard of cooking and presentation of food is quite good.Service standard is very good. Restaurant has a dedicated parking (shared by Yum Restaurant only which is located upstairs). During rush hours, one may not find a parking inside and may have to park the car on the road.Its not a cheap eating place and at an average, it will cost you 1400-2000 per head for lunch and dinner and 900-1200 per head for breakfast (including drinks).

A really cozy, clean and welcoming place. The staff is curtious. Just had a soup there and it was really delicious. Recommend their cream of chicken and mushroom soup. One of the best in town. The complementary garlic bread was also perfect. Being a cold rainy day it was a nice treat. Prices are reasonable. Cutlery used by them is classy. Place has ample parking place.

Environment is really cool. Desi food is average. Recomended for breakfast. Also gives you complimentary basket of bread, jam and butter also.

Very nice ambiance. Excellent service. The waiters are very well trained. Pricey but justified as its an upscale place. Omelettes are well made. Americano coffee is true to its name. Danish pastry was fresh and had perfect taste.

This is one of my favourite places to have breakfast if I have an early morning in court. However, I feel that the quality has declined slightly over the last couple of times Ive been there.I feel they need to pick up the slack on a few minor details which I think are going unnoticed by the management.Still a good place, but I feel that it has to put in a bit more effort to get it back to top form.

Place used to be better but they renovated and now it isnt as spacious as it used to be. But still, very trendy dine in, has good crowd and I really like their service and decor. Food tasted well but not exceptional. Pasta and panini is highly recommended. Prices are little high but worth the environment. It is best to visit here during winters as it has that cozy winter feel to it.

Amazing place with very very good staff. Celebrated a friends birthday there and it was very well executed the staff was very courteous and not to mention the food which was also amazing. Ordered the fettuccine Alfredo which was loaded with chicken and the Alfredo sauce was amazing with a great consistency. Penne arabiatta was also amazing

The place serves one of the best steaks in the city. I like the ambience and service. Located in one of posh areas in Islamabad ETH is a slightly different concept from a typical restaurant. The prices are a bit high compared to other similar options but overall a good experience to have at least one if not more.

Had a girls day out with my cousins. We ordered all the recommended items on their breakfast menu and werent disappointed. Loved the panini and their Desi platter. The French toasts were soft and fluffy.

This should really be called a chai house because thats basically what they have for tea. Their servings are extremely generous for the high tea however nothing is vegetarian (not everything needs meat) and it wasnt really anything great. I would appreciate if they specialized in even one incredible thing but it was all just so so.

Had a wonderful breakfast here! Very pretty, food was great, and wonderful service. The waffles in Lahore were definitely better, but the eggs here more than make up for it.Update: came here for dinner. Incredibly underwhelming. The tomato soup was nice but the bruschetta and other items were meh. The fish was nice half the time and the other half was overcooked. My friend ordered a pot pie or something like that and found that it was basically a large chicken patty with mayo and sauce on top. The pizza was nice; but who goes to English tea house for pizza?

Not teenage friendly and slightly overpriced. The food was nothing out of the ordinary and the serving sizes were small. I ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes and my friend ordered the Croissant Sandwich and both were tasteless and almost inedible. We also ordered one of their burgers and the pickled vegetables that came on the side were disgusting, I had to spit them out. We found hair and lint in the burger. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

This is an amazing place especially for its non-desi food. You can find many Italian cuisines (not sure why it has Italian food). I had the pizza. It tasted great but I wouldnt say it was a truly Italian pizza (like the one I used to have in Italian-run restaurants). In addition to this, the ambiance is great. The place is amazing. Service is amazing as well. In my personal opinion, this is probably the best place in Islamabad. Its a bit expensive but I think the costs are well-justified. Highly recommended overall.

Worst hi-tea ever . Got sick .

Ambience was amazing! Service was quick and on point. I got the ETH signature omelette, the presentation was really good but was a little disappointed at the taste because it was a bit bland considering its their signature omelette. Complementary breads and croissants were served, and the fresh out of the oven croissants were so delicious. Got a latte too which was really nice and creamy.

Satisfactory I would say... well, the water glasses placed on table smells very bad so kitchen staff should take care of it

Tried it in Islamabad. Taste of food there far surpassed that of the DHA branch in Lahore. The Moroccan chicken was delicious and so were the prawn starters. Best quesadillas Ive ever eaten.And Ive tried quite a few.

A few months ago we had breakfast here and it was excellent. This second visit recently was even better. They make excellent omelets and their desi breakfast is great as well. The continue to maintain quality. The omelettes here were the best I have had, the cheese one was top class.
