Good juicy burgers. Restuarant is very small, 2-3 tables outside and 2-3 tables inside. Orders take about 30 mins to get prep. Beef quality and quantity is good. Stakes were not available. Ordered Angus, classic and lamb burger. Angus was the best. Rates: expensive.Overall a good quite place

The place itself is easy to find through Google maps.It is a VERY tiny place which can accommodate maximum 5-6 people inside and 5-6 people outside.Complimentary Mint margarita shots are served.Limited menu. The don’t serve “well done” steak rather it is “medium well” which won’t suit people who like to eat proper cooked meat as this is a bit chewy.Cherry juice was not up to the mark.The chicken roulade is . Something worth trying. Cheese steak sandwich is also good (pictures attached). Mash potatoes are . Mango shake was refreshing.

Finally got around to writing a review for this place. Back in October, we made reservations for 7:30pm and got there on time and were seated. None of the steaks were available so there isnt much to choose from. We ordered three burgers and were told we would have to wait 25 minutes. A half hour later, our order had not arrived and another party of 2 arrived and sat next to us. We were told we would get our order in 5 more minutes because gourmet burgers take a lot of time to prepare. At 8:30pm, a full HOUR after we placed order, we see burgers emerging from the kitchen. To our total shock, these burgers werent for us but for the party of 2 that had arrived a half hour after us. At this point we tell the manager to cancel our order. There is a commotion in the kitchen and 3 mins later three burgers are rushed to our table. Two of these burgers, a beef one and a chicken one, are quite underdone. I may not be a gourmet chef but I know that raw chicken that is pink is dangerous to consume (hello salmonella). The manager comes up to us and apologized that we had to wait 2 mins more than the other party of 2 to get the order. I then tell him that he has not understood the problem, the problem is we had to wait 1 hour even though we were told we only had to wait 25 mins and then when we get the order, it includes undercooked chicken. The manager goes on and on about how gourmet chicken is always slightly raw. Really? This manager thinks we are an uneducated group that we will not only be dazzled if he repeats the word gourmet 25+ times, we also do not know about salmonella nor do we know how to tell the difference between 25 min and an hour! We get into a heated argument with this so-called manager. I ate the one burger that wasnt raw because I was hungry, it was not bad. The other two people in my party dont eat their raw burgers. Finally, the manager says we will not be charged for our food given our experience. Will I return? Unlikely. Should you go? Only if you have a few hours to spare, you really like hearing the word gourmet repeated to you and have tons of extra money to burn.

Food was served fresh and nicely presented overall experience was good wish there was dine in but its closed due to corona and they offered 10% off to serve in car so it was worth it!

I was told this was a nice quaint place to eat.. but i wasnt impressed at all.. the smell of wet dog fur overwhelmed my senses even before going in.. once inside I was given the menu to decide and ten minutes later the waiter comes back and informs us that the steaks arent available.. so we just got up and left.

Good food . Not so good chairs

Rustic is really awesome, the soft opening so far has been going amazing. The food tastes original. The recipe is really good, I tried the classic cheese burger, tasted exactly what it looked like. Surprisingly the sweet potato fries complimented the dish pretty well. The experience felt organic, nicely priced, most definitely recommended.

I have tried there Lamb Burger it was above average but not upto expectations.The burger was not juicy and its very overpriced. They have very small dine in area.

Although, could get more cheese, the rest of it was a great experience. Prompt and thoughtful service, along with an exquisite menu.

Upcoming eatery attracting crowd in a place which in times to come will attract large crowd. The only drawback would be lack of parking facility.Have tried two different eateries and am satisfied

The burger was really juicy and tender. I was a bit skeptical about the pineapple in it but they made the taste worth while. The sweet potato fries were really good but the onion rings were so bland.. The staff was pretty nice.

Rustic cafe is good place for eating burgers I ordered Angus it was tasty comes with two side portions fries and onion rings cost was Rs 1550 without drink.

The service was pretty slow 4 burgers in 1 hour 20 min! The burgers were pretty average and dry for some reason! They don’t look at alll like something I see in the snaps or posts ! Overall I was satisfied with the food and service. I hope they can work on both things.

When it comes to meat and that being done well, this place would certain be in one of the top slots. Steaks or burgers - they know how to make it. Their tomahawk steak and lamb burger is a must try.On the downside, the place is too small and congested and can barely house 9-10 people tops. The rates are fairly exorbitant too.

One of the best beef and lamb burger in isb. A bit pricey but worth it if you are visiting. Karachi is home to the best gourmet burgers and having tried them all I find this pretty damn good. Small place so call before going though they dont take reservation but its good to rain check

Taste is not bad but prices are too high

Steak was good but a bit chewy as it was medium-rare. I enjoyed the sides served with the steak. Quite impressive. ( potato skins, cheesy garlic bread and cream of spinach! 10 points for this) The butter on top added the flavor. Calazone was filled with some cheese and mushrooms and had a green tangy sauce on top. The salad was beautifully presented and taste as good as it looked.Chicken burger had right amount of seasoning.. A steakhouse that is solid and consistent is not easy to find even in a city such as Islamabad which is not short of steak lovers. A great steak hinges on many things such as the quality of the meat, the chef’s control over temperature and cooking techniques and Id be amiss to not admit that I didnt expect to find a steak as luxurious as the tomahawk steak at cafe rustic islamabad.Delicately charred with just enough seasoning, this steak was served as medium rare and medium well and it would impress even the most discerning carnivores. To say that the chef outdid himself would be an understatement. If you are a steak lover, you need to try the tomahawk steak at cafe rustic!Filet Mignon - Served as medium rare with delicious mashed potatoes, this was hands down, the best steak money can buy in the city. With its rich flavor and truly melt in your mouth tenderness, this can easily be a meal you save for special occasions.Chicken Roulade - Velvety and light, I wouldn’t be amiss to say that chicken has never tasted or looked this good.

Cafe Rustic is a cozy little place in E-7 market with fantastic food. Rustic offers probably the best burgers and steaks in Islamabad (no exaggeration). The meat is fresh, the burgers and steaks are cooked to perfection.It is obvious the owners are highly involved in their restaurant and can often be found at the cafe at night.Although the prices may be a little steep, the serving size is big and the food is excellent.I had the classic cheese burger which was one of the best I’ve ever had.Highly recommended!Note: the owners do not offer take away or delivery because they believe in serving their food fresh so that the taste is not affected.

The first time we came here I needed to go to the bathroom and they didn’t have one, so we went to a neighbouring restaurant instead. This time we came prepared. It was for lunch on a weekday, and we were the only customers. A tiny restaurant indeed, with a half page menu.We ordered chicken burgers and a mint drink. No doubt the best and most juicy burger I’ve ever had. The sauce is great, too. Food is a bit pricey, but worth the money.The minus one star is for lack of bathroom. Food is 5 stars.

I came from Lahore to Isloo, and locals were telling me that this place had the best burger in Islamabad, and it didnt disappoint.The burger, first of all, was MASSIVE. I personally am not into larger-than-life type burgers, but if thats your thing, go for it. The beef was delicious, and consistent for the most part (there was one odd cartilage/beef that wasnt chewable , so I was a little wary). They melted a lot of different cheeses (a nice touch), and the whole mix fit in perfectly with their servings. The Bun was decent (nothing out of the ordinary, which is fine).The grilled pineapple in their burger was a great touch, and I had not experienced it before, so I thoroughly appreciate the initiative. Their custom-sauce for the burger was perfect (I ended up asking for another one).The service was decent (nothing to complain about). Went on a Saturday night, and it was easy to find seating. Would go again (it matches up with Canoli).

The two young partners of this tiny cafe ( seating capacity no more than 12) serve you the largest juciest and most delicious burgers and stakes. All gourmet style and taste. Well worth a visit.

Place is tiny and way too overpriced.... Rs:-1200 to Rs1500 for 1 burger is not worth it. Beef burger was juice and well cooked. Drinks not include in burger.

Overly priced, average food and inconsistent taste. I had the tomahawk steak and beef burger twice. First time it was okay, a lot of oil dripping out of the burger, pineapple was a good addition however the taste was average. Second time, the beef was absolute waste; several pieces of cartilage (unchewable piece) in the meat made the experience too bad. If Im paying a premium price for a burger, I expect premium in every bit of it which wasnt the case here. Tomahawk steak had a good serving size and just average taste.

To my taste man the best in town. Love them.if you like the classic burgers. This is the place.It is different unique and great in taste.I would say that this is THE burger joint which defines how burgers should be made.

Really friendly owner who spent time going through his menu. Really enjoyed their lamb burger and beef calzone. Finished it off with thyme tea.Only downside was they dont have functioning credit card machine so carry cash.

The pictures I’ve attached below are, trust me, way better than the taste. I didn’t like their burgers at all. They were juicy but there wasn’t really any flavor of my grilled beef. They served a pineapple slice with all our burgers which was probably the only satisfactory part of the meal, that even, since it wasn’t made by them of course. They served sweet potato fries which, trying for the first time were actually quite disappointing.Everything is really overpriced, especially for the quality of food they serve. My burger had many pieces of fat which were just impossible to chew and we had to call the manager who then apologized for the mistake.The restaurant itself is a little too small with only place for a few people to sit. The staff is nice, though there’s hardly any in such a small place. The same goes for the ambience and environment, since it’s such a small place there isn’t anything special about the restaurant’s look. There isn’t a bathroom or at the least, any space to move around in the restaurant.I would not recommend this place to anyone I know as it wasn’t a good experience.

One of the best burgers Ive had in this city. Thick, juicy and fresh ingredients. I never thought pineapple would work in a burger, but I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely go there again. Recommended.

Very small (infact tiny) seating space with 3 tables (for 4, 4 and 2 guests) inside and 2 table (for 4 guests) outside. Open kitchen makes inside seating noisy. Food was fresh and tasted good, we tried soup, burgers and fries but overly priced. A simple chicken burger costed me 913 after tax.

Best steaks in Islamabad. But make sure that youre well versed with their menu before you order. Steaks are served without sauce, so if youre not comfy with raw flavour of beef, I would suggest that you dont go here.

This place has one of the best burgers in Islamabad. I would rate it as the second best burger joint in Islamabad after Canoli.

Pretty average for an upscale neighbourhood. The place is nice overall, although really small and can only host 3 tables at a time. The staff and service was good. The food though was below par. The burgers tasted ok but the meat was really dry and didn’t really justify the price tag. Overall an ok experience, needs another go.

Beef steaks done right! To the precise temperature of your specification. I cant speak for the rest of their menu but their steaks were heavenly. Tried their Tomahawk steak and my friend had the Fillet Mignon. Both were cooked exceptionally well, the meat was tender and juicy, as it is supposed to be. The complementary Hunzai tea to wash it all down really made everything full circle. Definitely coming here again

Delicious food and experince

The best steak I have had in Islamabad. The temperature was on point (medium rare), tender and juicy. My wife had the burger and if was great too. Highly recommended! The only thing I did not like were the sweet potato fries. Wish they also had regular fries. The place is small but cozy and nicely done up. They could have opted for less heavy chairs for a less cramped feel, but the chairs were comfy!

Delicious but over expensive

So congested that the whole restaurant had to be rearranged to accommodate 6 people. Literally. No washroom whatsoever. Average taste. Overpriced. Prices are not justifying at all.
