Zero stars. No after sale services while at the time of sale they promise to give these services. The owner Mr Tahir is a rude person. Those willing to do business with him should definitely think twice.

It is a good place to shop for kitchen appliances. It sells branded and genuine appliances. Off day is Friday instead of Sunday. On Sunday it remains open from morning to evening. Staff is good and offer good advice to its clients even if they purchase nothing after spending time in their shop. This practice differentiates them from many other shops of the market.

There so called limited time upto 50%off sake had been going on nonstop for over a year. They always tell you a new and escalated price for the same item and then say theyll reduce it for the sale. In my personal experience an oven has cost 45 60 55 over the last six months. The last time the reply was its actually 85k but will give it to you due 45. Two days before that the other sales guy had said its for 42k.

Good quality appliances specially the fact that it is a Pakistani brand trying hard to improve and that my purchases help Pakistani market is a motivation to shop there rather than at companies from other countries.
