First of all its not a very good location for customer service center of such high grossing company, Staff is not very knowledgeable, they dont have enough knowledge to solve the queries of customers. If they put all the advertising money in serving the customers they might do some good.

I damaged my mobile Charging/USB pin - i will go there today(7th April,2015) and will reply with my feedback. i hope it is good one.meanwhile i am giving it 3 star.EDITED on 17th-04-2015: i went there - the customer Care Center staff had OK attitude. in fact i would rate them 3 star (out of 5)However, company policies, procedures, satisfaction level, credibility, timely deliverable etc.... are all on hardly level 3 star.after 10 days: my mobile is still not working and now its an OPEN SET as well...... congrats Q-mobile for such accomplishment.i promise myself i wont buy SMART PHONES of Q any more - (i have several experiences with different q-mobiles including Z6) i am fed up of Q-mobiles continuous miss-commitments and back stabbings through quality-less mobiles.

I bought QMobile in sep or oct /2014 from singapur Plaza rawalpindi.as I am not a telephonic person rarely use mobile.but after some time its keys or numbers came out I tried to fix it I went back that shop ,the shopkeeper told me that Ishuold go their office in satel lite town, tried but could,nt reach there,and than I went back to us.Last week I came back And went customer care service,they told me that They wiil changed the key pad and charge pkr 450although my warranty expires aug 2015 , I used this mobile only about one month,when I serveyedthe Qmobile mkt there were alot lot complaint.
