Overpriced, and unhelpful staff. Bought headphones for 8k which were selling for 6k in another shop. Plus 2 months after buying it the headphones started showing issues and they would do nothing about it. I am from Lahore I knew not to get my expectations up when purchasing hi volts model SP300 guitar from hi volts I bought this as a gift for someone to learn on but when it arrived, I could not believe the quality of guitar this is. The tuning keys are high quality, the neck and fret board are high quality. It holds its tune as good as my Fender and Ibanez acoustics guitar. They are Fake!People beware.I went in to buy a Yamaha f310.They were selling copies!Anyone who plays an average is able to tell the difference.I placed their original claimed brand selling for 56k Vs a Hi-volt learning series...Their head board were the same!How did I find out?Compare them.The quality of monogram will tell you!What cheap cheaters!They must have tricked so many!A great guitar has awesome sound.Even their strings are fake!Bodies of new guitars were forming bubbles around bridge and necks were bending.The neck junction with body was chipping paint.Extremely disappointed.

Excellent Customer Retention Management & Price matching Policy.I wanted to buy a MIC - RODE NT1a (Complete Vocal Recording Solution), As per routine I checked the price from various online retailers. Found one as the least who quoted good price camparitively however the vendor was based in Karachi.So, I was about to order One from Karachi as Islamabad prices seems to be on the higher side. however the down side is delivery may take upto 5-6 days depending on transit and partial open routes due to COVID Pandemic.Hi Volts guys have messaged me and sent a reminder that I have visited and Query them for the MIC; I have told them your prices are higher. They have said that the cost has gone up due to no stock left and going Panademic with costly shipments.However, The sellers, Asad & Jahanzaib offered same price bracket which I was getting from Karachi; They have added this is as per their Customer Retention Management Policy.I got the deal from My City and pleased with those ppl.
