Very bad and totally hostile staff.Once came here to open an account but the rude and misbehaving staff compelled me to go to some other branch to open the account which was instantly done.The thing is when someone doing his professional job, he/she should be co-operative, polite and honest in their approach.The customer always have to wait in long lines to simply get their minor tasks done.Their branch manager needs to look into the matter.

Situated at Sarya Chowk (سریا چوک) I&T Centre, G-8/4 side. Need some improvement e.g staff behaviour, NO ramp for wheel chair, NO parking place nearby.
