Rubbish..Approaching roads and streets are full of rubble and waste..Centre is a combination of indiscipline, mismanagement and mess. Improper exhaust, insufficient clean air and dust causes congestion...A big lesson for visitors..

I went there for taking TOEFL test in the basement. Entrance is rather shabby and parking space is also limited. There are no toilet areas for general use. You can only request rest rooms from one of the offices inside.
