Newly built with all household amenties

This is the best place ever we have recently moved in to rania hights and it is a great exprience

We have recently moved in into new building which is not a good experience. The electric system, plumbing and gas fittings are sub standard and may be hazardous. The electric sockets can not be used for standard electric home utensils. The main switch breakers have lower amps than the standard utensils. They GI pipe has been used instead of Steele for gas.. The water leaks in wash rooms and water heaters while the plumer/eletrition has been called almost every day.The loud repair work is being done till late hours of the night. No one knows the working hours of the management, usually no one is there till 10 AM.

Peaceful Place

Very disappointed with Rania Heights standards, quality of building and amenities. No gas installation in all rooms, taps do not work properly, dangerous installation of hot water tank in bathroom and open shower, allowing water to get to live wire. Shower head also did not work. We had a gas leak where by when lighting a match fire blew in our faces. Luckily we survived and did not cause any burns. We complained to a lady called Hania at the Rania Sales office from the first day we arrived and very little was done. We explained in detail of all the issues and they kept blamming the landlord.I will be sending a formal complaint to their management and also to IK government.Please keep away from these properties. Unfortunately we have paid 2 months fees for rent and my parents will have to stay here. But i am shocked that no other arrangement was made for us or my parents.VERY VERY AWFUL PROPERTIES!!!!! KEEP AWAY AND DO NOT BUY HERE, LET ALONE RENT.
