Apartments are good with imported amenities but the management staff, though courteous, is ill equipped to maintain these. The maintenance staff should be more professional and be able to handle the imported amenities. The staff is overworked too as they are also looking after other towers.

This cash n carry is situated near to my native village Bamla. There used to be Hill where this building has been built but Bhatia town has ruined the natural beauty of this area which was surround by Takht Pari forest. Thousands of trees were cut down which resulted in environmental pollution in surrounding areas.Fruits and vegetable prices are ok but rest of the items are much higher but still affordable as compared to Green valley super store.

River Hills Apartments, Nice Building, but extra ordinary poor building management which makes us regret why we moved into this building, if issues are escalated to top management, you get very unprofessional response that if you are not happy then you can leave the property.
