These apartments are newly built and are in excellent shape. there is a lift in every block and they have generators for cleaning and other related thing. 24 hour security guard are at the gate.- But there is no gas and ptcl and naya tel do not provide internet services here so you will have to rely on NOVA TEL.- Road is very bad, it will always get flooded in rain- Uber and careem rarely come here and mostly you will face peak factor

The apartments are good, buildings are nice, excellent and secure parking is available on site. 24x7 reception. Wide, beautiful and generator backed up lifts are available. The construction is state of the art. The apartments are wide and good. The only problem is they turn off the elevators after mid night. What if someone on the 6th floor gets a heart attack and he finds the elevators off. Rest is all fine.

The apartments are not made so perfectly. The material used is very low. The washrooms are too small. Comode and sinks are the size for a 3 year old kid. Rooms are so small that a queen size double bed will fill your entire room. Majority of the apartments have university boys who play music all night and do party. You can hear them hooting and jumping floors apart. The management will say that there are no university students in B block and all reside in A block but all the blocks have university students. Lifts are switched off after 11 pm, so if you live on the 6th floor, well Good luck!!

Worth living place for families!!!!

Single bed, double bed and triple bed appartments. Has 3 blocks, very neat and clean. Each block has a lift which is never out of order. Each block has a parking in basement. With 3 bed Appartments, there is a servent Quarter available in basement.
