Although its economical but Not suitable for families. Mostly bachelor are living and sharing room here.for single person it can be adjustable but rear.The main facility in any flat is WATER ,that is not here ,gas issue. Other hand you can say for destroying Peace of mind many time while staying here.

Newly Build street 97 G11/3 they are said to be a Good design from the old G11/3 PHA appartments, they have C type and E type Appartments, i may say that they are not that famous as old ones are due to the management committie of what so ever, they dont have natural gas so people use cylinders filled with gas to coock food i do have an appartment there in C type new PHA appartments they have a very big problem of water

Appartments are good and also rent is reasonable. But there is a big problem of water and also road access is in bad conditions.

Economically good, rents range from 20K for 2 rooms flat to 27K for a 3 room flat. Water issue is there. Active and vilgilant management by the society management.

Economical flats are available here for families and students. Road conditions are bad. There is no supply of gas. Water availability is major issue here. There is no security here. No parking area therefore people face a lot of problems. Road are not clean that cause smell as well as rate of mosquitoes increases. During rainy days it become difficult to walk on these roads. Hope for the best.

Not impressed at all. Very dirty area of beautiful islanabad. Confusing design. Not good for families. Most of the residents are bacholers who are careless and do not hasitate to throw rubbish anywhere arround so staircase and corredoors are smelly and dirty.Management also doesnt bother to repair damaged things.Surrounding is dusty and uneven so be carefull while walking there especially at night to avoid get hurt.

Best for middle class families who cant afford expensive places to live.Its quite secure and reasoble place to have an apartment for living.

Its a good place in economy budget .

To judge it as a bad area would be wrong, its location is precisely what anyone would want, with a major market accessable in 5 minutes on foot and a supermarket in the midst of the entire thing. As of Feb 4, 2018, the roads have not been metalled and there is no smooth surface for cars to travel by, its a dirt road. The apartments in themselves are white nice and spacious, some lacking access to gas and hence quite cheap. Not knowing who to pin it on, apartments may sometimes have a dirty exterior, as no person is present for cleaning of any sorts. Residents are expected to clean their apartments exterior by themselves. But, as it is yet still developing, in the coming years I expect it to progress in a positive direction and provide the facilities needed for a clean and healthy environment, as the location is nothing less than ideal.

Love to purchase house here but out of my range. So loving and peacefull place.Gass project is going on hopfuly within one year gass will available.

Lots of problems to come your way if you choose living in these apartments. Water problem, no gas parking problem, broken road, pathatic neighborhood and the list goes on. Though the community is trying hard to eliminate the issues but still long way to go.

Not impressed with the housing society, lack of basic facilities. Improper security and old buildings.

PHA Apartments G11-3 are built good if you see construction wise.The reasons for not rating these apartments more than three star:1: These apartments have a running open drainage system at one end so inside the flats adjacent to that system you may always suffer from bad smell.2: PHA Apartments G11-3 have not good and centralized water supply. Whatever the available water is just done by the residents by sharing the cost. This system always has problems as water bores does not sustain for long time.3: These apartments have not properly built roads, if you enter your vehicles on these toads, you will have to suffer from jerks.

Its a PHA project. With normal flats. Flats are of C and E category. There is no line water and gas. Roads are also not constructed as line connection is pending. As its in CDA sector and near to isb city so its good. It would be a better option if water gas and roads are avilable.
