STAY AWAY. I really with I could give less than 1 star. This is worst than the slums.

Its a great place, we stayed at the 11th floor and the view from the top was great. Of course this place needs some improvements especially security wise there is no proper check and balance of who enters or leaves the building. This can be improved but overall it is a good place to live

Heights with beautiful flats and views but most of family dont want to leave here..

It’s such a beautiful and approachable location great clean rooms with all the great facilities. Host is nice and easy-going, super fast WiFi, bed is comfortable, location easy to access, reasonable price. Oh yea, very nice balcony with gorgeous view! I would love to go there again.

Khudadad Heights are luxury and safe for family, located at Margalla road with vast front of CDA green belt. At the Beck of Heights has beautiful view of Margalla Hills.

I used to go to khudadad heights oftenly, i have found it appears to be a Good looking place from out side and entrance but from inside while walking in the lobbies its dirty smelly, its lifts are without AC they are always closed and repairs are going on some buttons are unable to be pressed so this creates a mess, there are a lot of people in there. This place is famous for night parties a place of 3D parties.

Situated on main margla road. it has a huge place for parking. apartments here are very reasonable and well constructed.

Khudad Heights located nearin E11 near to F-11 Markaz, Islamabad is reasonable and great place for living.The heights are having apartments of different size for both rental and selling purposes.There are multiple blocks at this residential place having all sort of facilities still some areas are under construction due to expansion.The place is has spacious underground parking and is accessable for special persons also having functional lifts.The view from top is always amazing.

Nice place to live , F11 markaz is just 5-7 minutes drive away , E-11 markaz is just 8-9 minutes drive away , basement parking is not so clean but the flats from inside are really airy and beautiful

Not for family. Or raising kids here. The ambiance very bad. Most apartments have bachelors and working people living there. Other people are just here for partying. The administration is very bad. And the noise of renovation/construction is going on

Amazing place to stay with relax working environment

I have lived here in a completely new apartment. Apparently, their maintenance is worse than anywhere I have lived. The is no water. Elevator doesnt work most of the time. Their staff is very rude. If you call the in-charge, he will not even pick up the call. They are only good at collecting money when it comes to rent and maintenance. I had the worst experience over here.

My mother in law resides here...the view is nice from her balcony and one of the best salon called Royally is 5 min drive.
