Excellent Project it seems ... But construction stopped from last 2 years ... SC or CDA intervention ... Can anyone share when construction gonna start again ?

Fortune empire location is fantastic however the construction is stopped from more than 1.5 years. 01 building is partially constructed while others was started two years back. Due to legal issue the work was stopped. one of the representation told me that they will start work from 1st October, i dont know what is the position on ground today. I had opted the project on own with the concept that by early 2020 i will have my own space to live but its seems a delay of more than 02 yearrs if they do everything with good rate which seem doubtful

Be careful and investigate the matters of progress before any deal. Its delayed project 2 years behind schedule.

Fortune empire

Fortune empire comprises of different buildings and are available on lease/downpayment.The prices were low but now due to dollar escalation ans ruppee devaluation the peices have hicked.Located on main maragalla road at the end of e11 is good place for investment.Shopping mall is also nearby.

Any idea when will its construction start and end...Management is saying soon but when will that soon come...Give proper information please...

Very poor management, extremely slow process of construction. God knows when it will be completed? Prices are too high for small flats. Area is extremely congested and over populated. Not a good place to live and acquire a flat. Residents will have many problems in these flats in times to come.

Disgusting project......they cant keep there promises.....investor money is stuck.....work excellence is zero......work is stopped since 2016....and they reluctant to refund.

Another stupid project of MAK Dhedhi & group. Invest here & wait for 10+ years mean while prices will be high automatically & they say their project was a hit.

Beautiful Project For Shopping Mall & Residential Apartments.

Good Construction practices are implemented on the project site. The work that is being carried out is very slow paced and the completion is no where near.
