Perhaps the most over priced restaurant in the city with an abysmal service. My order which was a simple pasta and pizza took around an hour to be served. No matter how many times i asked the waiters, they were not ready to listen to what i had to say. After they served an almost inedible food where the pasta tasted like it was cooked IN gasoline, it took me 15 more minutes and 3 waiters before i finally got my bill. When i tried to ask for the manager, a receptionist who was under skilled even for that job declared that he was the man in charge at the moment. 10/10 will never visit this place again even if i had to starve for life.

An upscale restaurant in a posh locality. Service was quick and professional. Soup arrived real fast and was served with bread and butter, and with an authentic butter knife.Main courses were well prepared and were perfect. The only thing for which I am not giving a perfect score is the ugly piece of furniture visible from our table. See photo.Prices are bit high. Expect Rs. 2000 and upwards per head.A large and noisy group of Europeans was sitting right across us and were brought a bottle of wine. I thought that was unusual in a public place in Islamabad.

Prices are exorbitant.Garlic red snapper was really nice. The starters lacked taste. Good customer service.

Its a nice and cozy place to be when you are looking for warm conner with hot food this winter.I like to come her to enjoy their soups and food is fresh made and served.I recommend it if you want to enjoy peace full time with your family and loved one.

This place is good for gatherings and to enjoy time with family and friends. The quality of food is fair but the rates of food are too high if you compare it with the quality and quantity of food served per person.

Ambiance was excellent, the food was too good, delivery of food was very quick, the waiters were very well mannered, I enjoyed every time I went there, I love this restaurant.

Worst experience ever. We celebrated our friends birthday here and it was a complete DISASTER. Inactive staff, zero compliance. We payed them a hefty amount just for the decor and still we had to do the work on our own because they did a horrible job. Their manager was out of the scene all the time. Would not recommend it for birthday celebration. No matter how much their manager sugar coats, dont fall for it. 1/5

Post lockdown visit to Cafe’ Aylanto was amazing. Food was as usual up to the mark and yummy delicious.

Ordered two steaks and pomegranate juice. It cost me around Rs.24000/- imagine around Rs. 2000 for service charges Rs. 2000/ for tax.Worst taste and value for money. Please dont ever try this cafe. In fact it should be closed soon.

Standard has dropped quite a lot. Ordered starters drinks and main course. Taste was not upto the mark. I want to caution visitors about their mix grill main crs. Its hardly a single serving. Even though on menu its written serving for 2 persons.

Pasta 0/10, greek salad 0/10, Steak 4/10Customer service executive herself approached us to inquire about quality and we intimated that it is disappointing. However there was no action to fix the problems. Restaurant certainly needs an overhaul and would not recommend anyone to go there unless they fix the issues. 4 pieces of pasta and all old. It is just a photogenic place. Food quality is bad and zero focus on customer services. I am just sad about how places can courageously scam people about FOOD. Bye bye Cafe Aylanto.

The first impression is great..... one has to walk through the outdoor seating area with a lush green tropical looking ambiance.... something that you dont get to see very often in Islamabad. The interior is very well furnished too with a mix of modern and traditional decor.They offer a good variety of Italian, American and continental dishes on the menu. Standard of cooking is quite good and the presentation is impressive.They need to improve the quality of services which are ok but do not go at par with the other facilities / food being offered in the restaurant. The staff needs to be better trained for serving in a fine dining restaurant.Prices are steep and it will cost you around 1500 to 2500 per person. This is one aspect that will put a restraint on the customers and Aylanto will remain a restaurant that will perhaps be visited on special occasions only and not in routine

Food and service both were excellent. Aylanto is bit pricey as compared to their serving size but their taste is excellent. Waiters were courteous.

Extremely overrated place,The portions are literally counted.Small portion. The Three cheese mushroom chicken hadno cheese at all.The taragon chicken had 1 small slice of vegetable(counted pieces)The table top dish,beef one wasn’t served with the fries it was supposed to have,was marinated well.Only the mushroom chicken tasted well.The cream of chicken n mushroom soup was delicious.Overall it is an expensive and average place.

The hi-tea platter was scrumptious! Literally everything was up to the mark. I liked honey glazed wings and chicken skewers the most! Coming to the ambiance..Id say its very elegant and classy. The staff is extra nice.Tip: eat sandwiches first because the bread gets dry.

Went there for Hi-tea but it was not a good value for money. Taste was good but the quantity didnt justify the price. Also the items displayed in their social media Ad were different from the actual Hi-tea.

Best and clean place but not for poor people

The taste and ambiance of this restaurant is pretty good. However, their serving size is too small. Service is good as well. Their rates are roughly 20% higher than the main stream restaurants in this genre. However, the experience is good. Parking is an issue even though valets are available.

Cafe Aylanto is one of the best cafes in Islamabad. Here you can spend your best time while having your favorite menu in the beautiful and peaceful environment. The location is really good just besides the famous Jinnah Super Market. Staff is also very professional and cooperative.

This is the only restaurant in Islamabad that deserves five stars. Nice ambiance and the food is presented well. We had the morrocon chicken, penne pasta and the brownie skillet. Food is good. The main dishes are not THAT expensive as some have said but it does come to around 1900 per head with dessert. It is worth every penny.

Amazing food and ambiance. The service was also up to mark. I really liked the environment created by the soft piano music too. Everything tied together to provide a romantic anniversary dinner experience.Bill for two people ordering from regular menu was 4900 PKR.The drinks are a bit over priced.If you order from gourmet menu the bill will be significantly higher.

Too much spicy food...unlike the original cuisine. I ordered the Moroccan Chicken and it was spicy....the peach juice is like a blend of partially raw peaches blended in water...

Except the gourmet menu which is very expensive, everything else doesnt really justify the price as the taste of steaks etc from normal menu is not good at all. A normal steak costs you around 2500 pkr while a gourmet steak can cost you around 5000 pkr. The taste of gourmet menu is amazing!

This place is highly overrated. I have never had a good experience in Islamabad whenever I visit. But the only thing that makes me go again is there lush green outdoor ambience which is usually not crowded and calm. Food is average. Recently I went there for Iftar. The menu was very limited but the price was almost equal to that of Marriott. Recommended only if some privacy is required.

Very nice interior. But food is just average and not worth the price. Roasted Tomato soup saved them from getting 1 star. But the croutons in the soup were fried in some sort of rancid oil. I believe same oil was used for frying the bread in bread pudding.

Fancy exterior, valet, ridiculously complicated names for otherwise incredibly simple dishes, extremely expensive prices... perfect recipe for a Pakistani high-end restaurant which serves mediocre tasting food. Would rate their Lahore one better than this if I ever had to compare.

Staff was courteous but lacked food knowledge, portion size was small but taste was excellent. Carrots and cucumber sticks served on arrival were not freshly cut, overall a nice place which can get even better with little tweaks.

Classy place. Well made food. Pricey but is not pitching above its weight. The service is courteous but the portions/ serving size is too small.

One of the finest restaurants in Pakistan and around the world. I should know because I have dined at some of the finest restaurants abroad. The food is comparable to any fine dining experience overseas and at a fraction of the price. The fact that it comes with traditional Pakistani hospitality is the icing on the cake.

Cafe Aylanto has no doubt very good ambience and quick service. However, Cafe Aylanto could not match the standards of food which its counterparts set in Karachi and Lahore. I tasted cheese crusted chicken. It had a very blant taste and less cheese. I expect that restaurant will work on quality of food in future.

I visited cafe aylanto and ordered the Morrocan Chicken, Mediterranean Pizza and a brownie ice cream. The food no doubt was great and the brownie with ice cream was cherry on top. The ambiance was good as well but this place is really expensive for a common person to afford. Our total bill was round about 3500 for only 3 things which is too much!

Steak was bland and stale. Soup full of salt. This is an overrated and over priced place just to rip people off. Anyone that has any sense of good, fresh, tasty food will reject this garbage. Avoid!

Located in Gol Market, F7, already a prime location for eateries of Islamabad, the café stands out due to its fine dining approach. Valets stand on the street so that the typical rush in the streets won’t be a problem for customers. To ensure that the atmosphere of other cafes does not interfere with their intended ambiance, Cafe Aylanto has placed huge trees and bushes in their walkway, to cut off all other restaurants from view. The building has been beautifully designed, in a contemporary style, so that the exuberance of the restaurant will be evident. Walking through the outdoor seating area, one can’t help but admire the masterfully landscaped garden.

Fine dining experience at its best in the twins. Though this thin crust pizza wasn’t the best I had but el let go owning to all the amazing food I have had here otherwise.

To be very honest, the food was quite good quality wise, but really overpriced. Ambience is nice and overall it’s a good place to eat but a reduction in prices would score this place a 100%

The food was good but service was very slow.

Love the ambience. Mostly attracts youthful crowd. If someones looking for peaceful environment for family or elders, then indoor seating is advised. However, the outdoor arrangement is great which is a great miss. Hence, for under 35, strongly recommend.

Nothing compares Aylanto Lahore, but still quit good place but the service is not what you get in Lahore, the staff is bit rude and they need improvement
