I made a visit to True value , Sai service on 09/10/15 located at nagole road to check for swift vdi availability. Employees seated there were ignoring & were pretending as if they were busy in something. But actual they were not ! When I have inquired abt VDI second sale one guy replied recklessly & went away.I was very much frustrated with the pathetic response. Want to let my frustration out by posting here.True unprofessional Value at sai service.

Horrible service. They are experimenting on customer cars. By themselves they are writing feedbacks. For repairing left door laps they opened right door lap n adjusted for left. Now my right door lap is not working. Please dont go for this service centre.
