Second time in a row, very poor quality of mechanics. They are asked to do something and they do entirely different stuff.

Went to see and check Alto varients which they showed us. 3s facilities available. Only Alto and cultus were on display. We were impressed by new Alto car, although they refused test drive. There is big mosque in the street along this show room.

Suzuki cars are available here, Suzuki cultus, wagonar, etc. I visited to buy a car from this show room but not much color options are available, just 3 to 4 options are available. Employees are not as professional as well they should be. They should improve their customers care unit.

Poor Vehicle maintenance services offered at this place. Never have complete spare parts. They only can change oil and also will charge you for that too instead any place else you can change your vehicle oil free of cost even less than retail price. these will charge you retail price + taxes + service charges + expensive oil filter + expensive air filters. Forget about getting your vehicle repaired here if you wana save your vehicle, money and time.

Terrible staff. ZERO ethics of customer service. Never buy additional warranty, they dont even claim the factory warranty. Even for a car bought from their dealership.They never follow maintenance book.Their workers use your stuff from the dashboard glovebox.Always prefer buying from proper dealerships like the one on shahra e faisal khi.

I visited there it was such an horribly visit they took my car inside and came out after 3 to 4 hours and when it came out they didnt even washed the car such horribly experience

Mehran Motors Hyderabad is not capable to fix any issue. Pak Suzuki must cancelled their dealership. Staff never take you serious and come up always with excuses. Neither they have parts not they have trained mechanical staff.

It is ideal place for sale and buying any Suzuki product.
