Awesome service provided by Sidra Tours from Hyderabad....Would like to thank Sidra team for overall service, Especially in the Holy city Makkah & Madinah.

We had contrasting experience in mecca and madina.The stay at mecca was good and food was acceptable but the stay at madina was horrible. As the hotel appeared to be a bus stand with about 1200 guests and 4 working lifts and there was a change in the hotel from what it was committed in the itinerary .I request sidra to pay back the diggerential amount. For not providing hotel as committed.

First of all i wanna thank almighty Allah for giving me the chance of Performing UMRAH.But you need to improve a lot in services and need to fulfill all the promises.you have mentioned that you will be providing SIM5 Star Hotel and a lot.But none of them were doneNo Sim card was providedThe Hotel was ok, it was ordinary where there was common Washroom for 2 / 3 Roomand each room was quad (4) Sharing.There was no Laundry serviceBasic Needs like Towel, Soap, Shampoo and Tooth Paste were not Provided.Limited WIFI (Atleast they need to provide wifi as they didnt give SIM)NO Water Bottles were providedComing to the rooms, there was no Proper House keeping,In 8 Days they have cleaned only onceand once they have changed the bed SheetsThe Refrigerator has no PartitionsThe AC (Window AC) was very old, where there was no option to control the Temperature. (Control Panel was not working)The Front Grills were BrokenThe food was Ok, but the service was not bad, They dont use to Clean Plates Properly like our Indian cheap no star hotelThere were no Lids on the Food Containers, (Buffet System)And the Bus From Jeddah to Makkah was so Ordinary (AC was not working Properly) Passengers were Sweating like hellComing to Ziyarah (They used to show from Far) they say that these are the places see it and than to next placeAnd Last but not the least, the Coordinator left us in the Jeddah Airport and before our Luggage got Cleared......It was so Odd.............................................
