A very bad service those who are going for umra be careful with these frauds they lie they are not reliable for services they promise not happy will never suggest to anyone if anyone wants any bad experience so they can opt their service. I would rate 0 don’t want to give 1 star also. Customer service is more worst they say they will call and inform but never call. Food arrangement at Mecca was not good fell sick.

I called them from Saudi Arab on landline number and I mentioned, they received a call and talking like Alcoholic guys, even they do not have mannar to talk.In hyderabadi language: Aisa baat karra, jaisa raat mai Maal se baat karte full mood mai rahke.Naam Bade Darshan chote, Mere friend refer karra tha mere ku Link Travels.

Unreliable travel agents. Never fulfilled their promises. They only consider their own benefit and let the passengers suffer. I wish I could raise a complaint at the local authorities and have their licence confiscated. DO NOT use their services.

Link Travels has provided me with the worst service ever. I went there with my friends reference but came out very disappointed. Details about my agony mentioned below.1) I was over charged for my Flights.2) I was informed about cancellation of my Flight an evening before my travel.3) Then flight was booked for next day & again was overcharged for it.4) I have to sit there on day of my flight to collect my ticket but was left waiting for hours and hours.5) At the end ticket was handed over to me, I was left with 5 hours to fly.Think ten times before you decide to book a flight or accommodation with Link Travels. You will suffer at the end as I did......

Called multiple time but never answer the call. shop open at 11:00 am tried to call back to back till 11:30 but no answer

Very costly tour and no one will come for pick up from jeddah airport. Very Lazy services. Visas and passports will not give us till Last date of journey. Our dates also changed . And our schedule also cancelled and again Link travels will book as per his wish. In future we cant go with Link Travels. My Suggestions for other people dont book from Link Tours And Travels dewan dewdhi.

It was pleasure to travel with this Travel Agency...It was a group of 28 persons of my family which was excellent journey from Hyderabad Airport.At RGIA airport our family was received by there Executive Mr.Ateeq there he helped us with Check in Process and luggage and gave us some snacks.After Reaching Jeddah it took some time to clear Immigration but once we cleared the process our group was received by there Executive who served us Al-Baik.Accommodation, Transport & Food service were awesomeThe most good thing is that This is the oldest and Reliable travel Agent in Hyderabad with the perfect service and staff **** for the service

In efficient management , Careless, They promise Direct flights for Umrah Package and last moment they change complete tour program even dates of travel and give you hoping flights. a group of 9 members having govt teachers had suffer.He promised Saudia flight and gave Air india later. with different travel plan.No proper coordination between his Mumbai Agent and Hyderabad Office.Never Book through Link International Travels, Hyderabad.

Very worst service i have ever come acrossThere was no person to pick up once we reached airport....we had to struggle to know which bus to board and proceed to hotel.Hotel distance in Makkah was said to be within 500 mtrs and was as far as 800 mtrs with all flyovers to walk (free bus facility but not per our convinence)Food - Tasteless food non hyderabadi....most of the time daal, kadi(chicken or mutton) and sherwa..any non veg item restricted by 2 pieces and tea very badThere was no person to receive in Madeena.. bus driver had off boarded and left us on street then we have to call back and forth to know hotel name and search hotel with all our luggage in hand...No food arrangement after reaching madeena.Overall very worst experience....

Not upto the mark.We have been to Umrah thru Link..No Responsible person from Travels side to help/ guide us in the whole tour.They just Sub-Contracted the whole Umrah group of 34 people to 2 Sub-Vendors in Makkah & Madina city.Those Sub-vendors dealt with passengers as per their wish.....Promised the accommodation of 400 Mtrs in makkah and kept at 1.3KMs distance.Very Laid back attitude of travels owner.....Didnt bother to inform us about the date change of the flight... till 2 days before....

Very lazy service, we book flights from Saudi Arabian airlines but at last moment he change the whole program, he cancelled the tickets from Saudi Arabian airlines and book from Air India and no one can pick up from Jeddah Airport.And he also changed the dates of package and at last moment he gives visa to us.I request to all of you please do not book from this Link Tours And Travels.
